Re: Lost Stars
Hi Wraith, thanks for taking the time to contact me. The initial discussion reached no clear consensus (as Lost Stars was not yet released), so I revisited the topic. Not many editors participated in the second discussion, but the three others who did all agreed that YA novels should be merged with the Novel category. The main reasons are the Disney–Lucasfilm Press announcements, which specifically describe both Lost Stars and the upcoming Ahsoka novel as YA novels, while other titles such as Servants of the Empire or Adventures in Wild Space are referred to as junior novels. This, paired with the content and length of the books, earns them placement in the Novel category.
