WP:RWM
Hello there. Welcome to the Wook! I just wanted to invite you to WookieeProject Real World Music as I see you have many soundtracks, games, and movies. If you're new to wikis, no problem. I can help. If you don't wanna join, no prob. Nice to meet you! MasterFred(Whatever) 04:51, October 29, 2010 (UTC)
Re: WP:RWM
Hey there, I'm not able to leave anything on your talk page yet (external links, new user), so hopefully you'll see this. I just wanted to let you know that I'm down for helping out. I'm really, really cramped for time though, and it's going to take me forever to get the Wookieepedia style down. I know a fair amount of wiki markup but not really how things are done here. Browsing through the Manual of Style as I write this. I have all my soundtracks and most of my games with me, so I can refer to those whenever—and I can edit for proper spelling, grammar, tense, and neutral POV any time, no matter how busy I get, so I'd love to contribute in that way at the least. I'll do best with a little direction though, lest I get lost on a wiki walk or otherwise distracted. Thanks for the invite, and the warm welcome! Winchester 327 06:31, October 29, 2010 (UTC)
- Awesome!!! Just ask questions and I'll see what I can do. Be BOLD!! If your edits gets reverted, we'll explain why with as much civility as possible. Trust me, if anyone had troubles getting used to this sites policies, it was me. :P Glad to have you aboard WP:RWM. I'll add you to the list. Just visit the project page to see what we're working on. If there's not much you can do right now, don't worry. Any contribution, no matter the size, is welcome. MasterFred

Good work

- Tope beat me to it! Thanks for the help on WookieeProject:Aliens' Twi'lek project. It's probably the most intimidating species project anyone could ever take on (except for, maybe, Human), so your help is much appreciated! If you're interested in aliens, feel free to look around our project; we're always happy to have new members. :) ~ SavageBob 05:15, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for the appreciation! I'll keep at the Twi'lek page on WP:AS because I have a lot of the sources. I love how well the whole project is organized. I have almost every Essential Guide, a few sourcebooks, and I might be getting a complete set of Fact Files this month (holy crap), so definitely let me know if you need anything looked up! I think this project is something I'd really like to stick to. Winchester 327 06:25, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
- Whoah, nice score on the Fact Files. There are only a few users around here who have them, so you may soon become very popular. ;) Thanks, as well, for your help on the Forum:Save the Gotals page. There, unlike the Twi'lek project, we're just edited any info we find directly into the Gotal article, but you're more than welcome to leave notes on the forum page if you prefer. We'll take any help we can get! :) ~ SavageBob 16:30, January 31, 2011 (UTC)

Moving articles
Hi, when you move the article under a new name, like you did with De Agostini, please use the the move function instead of copypasting the text to the new article. Moving properly does preserve the editor history more nicely. Other than that, good job. (: –Tm_T (Talk) 07:27, May 4, 2011 (UTC)
- Oh no, sorry about that. Thanks for letting me know, I'll remember that in the future! Winchester 327 07:31, May 4, 2011 (UTC)
Unidentified mustachioed humanoid (Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina)
Hello, I was told that you had Star Wars: The Official Starships & Vehicles Collection 1 and Star Wars: Behind the Magic. The reason I am asking about these source is because Bom Vimdin is in them. Is there any information on or images of this individual in them. It is doesn't matter how little of him is seen, or if it just a little information about him. Thank you very much.--Exiled Jedi (Greetings) 15:39, June 7, 2011 (UTC)
- Just a note that this image, which includes the mustachioed dude in the background, is your most likely bet. Is it in either of those sources? Menkooroo 16:08, June 7, 2011 (UTC)
- Hey, sorry it took me so long to see this. I get out of class at 6:00 tonight and I will check both sources for you after that! Winchester 327 19:28, June 14, 2011 (UTC)
- There's no mention of either him or Bom Vimdin in The Official Starships & Vehicles Collection 1, and the picture of Bom is different: It shows more of his profile on the right (instead of the left side of his face), and that unidentified man definitely isn't in the background. I checked other cantina images as well. Also, I saw that Behind the Magic was added to his page—does that mean someone already checked? Winchester 327 00:46, June 15, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for the information from Star Wars: The Official Starships & Vehicles Collection 1.--Exiled Jedi

Query
Hello Winchester, I see that you own Star Wars: The Official Starships & Vehicles Collection 5. Does that book mention or picture this guy, who I currently nominating for FA status? Thanks in advance. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 21:58, December 22, 2012 (UTC)
- Nevermind, I got the info I was looking for, he's completely absent from the source in question. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 22:35, January 11, 2013 (UTC)
WP:SIV
Just to make WP:SIV clear—you will not be eligible to vote on the CT even if you try to obtain the 50 non-reverted, non-deleted edits. You needed the 50 edits prior to the start of the CT. Hope that clears it up, JangFett (Talk) 15:52, April 28, 2014 (UTC)
- It does, thanks. You take a break from edits and suddenly your opinion and the weight of your contributions are invalidated, huh? Policy-making sure isn't ideal. I know there's "no cabal," Jang, but I have to say that you regulars sure haven't given my valid points the time of day, or treated me the most respectfully. It feels unduly biased. Unwelcoming and borderline rude. Does policy allow any way to remove that ugly "oppose" text or is it stuck on the page, now? Winchester 327 Comlink » 16:02, April 28, 2014 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, it must remain there for public record. I mean no disrespect nor discouragement, but WP:SIV applies to all, including the regulars, should they disappear for six months. Say they comment on a future CT, then their vote will be stricken as well, so please do not feel as if you are being singled out. You are always welcome to copy/paste your concerns (without the votestruck) in the discussion section of the CT. :) JangFett (Talk) 16:08, April 28, 2014 (UTC)
- I understand. Thank you for your patience! Winchester 327 Comlink » 19:46, April 28, 2014 (UTC)

Blocked
You have been blocked from contributing for 6 months for violating our No personal attacks and Civility policies. The behavior and ranting you've displayed first on the new Canon policy proposal forum and now in this subpage is unacceptable. The situation that Wookieepedia faces at this time requires the utmost maturity and civil discourse among the community, and you have demonstrated that you don't have the capacity to participate in a constructive manner. I'm going to cite a previous similar administrative decision in saying that your sporadic—or perhaps it's more appropriate to say nearly nonexistent—presence on this wiki over the past two years has warranted you this extended block length. You have thus forfeited your right to participate in the ongoing discussions as Wookieepedia determines its future over the next six months. To contest this block, please contact the blocking administrator with the reason you believe the block is unjustified. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 23:03, April 28, 2014 (UTC)
