Upload requirement

Hey there. Regarding your question about image upload. The reason you're blocked from uploading images is because we have set up a 50 non-userpage edits minimum requirement before being able to do so. Though keep in mind that this doesn't mean you should spam edit unnecessarily as it may lead to a block instead. That said, feel free to edit around for the time being!
