Welcome, Talrrivanian!Hello and welcome to Wookieepedia. I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source. Do not remove talk page and forum comments, including your own, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. For an optimal viewing experience, Wookieepedia recommends using the Monobook skin. For help changing your skin preference, see Help:Skin. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! —MasterFred20px(Whatever) 13:30, February 13, 2011 (UTC) |

Removing content
Hey, Talrrivanian! Please note that removing content from an article is not the same as deleting it. It will be done by an administrator. Imperators II(Talk) 18:20, April 3, 2011 (UTC)
Administrator
How does one become an administrator?Talrrivanian 08:39, April 4, 2011 (UTC)
- By working hard and by the rules for a year or three, and when community feels one could be an administrator, it just might happen in Wookieepedia:Requests for
removal ofuser rights. (; –Tm_T (Talk) 08:51, April 4, 2011 (UTC)

Archives
How do I archive a section of my talkpage when it gets to large? --Talrrivanian (Chaos) 08:10, May 27, 2011 (UTC)
- See Help:Archiving. Also, you also need to end the bolding; add ''' to the end of your sig. In addition, your talk page is probably not the best place to ask questions, as people may not always check out it. 1358 (Talk) 09:37, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Signature
Looks like you've already customized it at User:Talrrivanian/sig; now you just need to go to your preferences, click on the "User profile" tab, and scroll down to the signature box. There, check the box that says "custom signature", and in the field above it enter {{SUBST:User:Talrrivanian/sig}}. Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 15:48, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
- You are missing a tag from the end of your signature. It should go after the talk page link. The lack of it makes all text after it superscripted. 1358 (Talk) 06:57, May 27, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, I fixed it. --Talrrivanian (Chaos) 08:01, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

Awards 2
How do I know when I get an award? Does it pop up on the screen? Go on my talkpage? Talrrivanian 05:46, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
- If you get an award, someone will usually leave a message on your talk page stating so. And concerning the link problem... I have not encountered that problem, nor even the automatic scrolling. What layout are you using? That may have something to do with it. Trak Nar Ramble on 06:07, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
- Wadya mean? Talrrivanian 06:10, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
- Does Wookieepedia have a layout that is somewhat akin to Facebook, with all the content in a narrow column in the middle of the screen, avatars are visible, and there are black bands bordering the top and bottom? Or are you using a different layout? If you are using the former, I suggest going into your Preferences and changing the layout to "Monobook." Wookieepedia is optimized to run in that layout and that may correct the problems you're having. Trak Nar Ramble on 06:13, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, I'll do that. Talrrivanian 06:21, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
- Wow, this will take some getting used too! But the problem's fixed, thanks trak! Talrrivanian 06:24, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
Signature
Hey, I saw your question on Jonjedigrandmaster's page and thought I'd answer since I am bored. :P First, go to your preferences, and find the section called signature, in the first tab. Put a cross in the box "Custom signature (Check this box to create a custom signature in the field above. The signature uses the same wiki markup that a regular page does, including links.)" Then, in the signature line, paste this: {{subst:User:Talrrivanian/sig}}. Then just create your custom signature at User:Talrrivanian/sig. Cheers. 1358 (Talk) 06:54, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
- Alright! Thanks a bunch. --Talrrivanian Leave it at Chaos Sunday, April 3, 2011, 18:01 UTC 07:32, May 26, 2011 (UTC)--Talrrivanian 07:15, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
