Welcome, Slug gunner fan!Hello and welcome to Wookieepedia. I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source. Do not remove talk page and forum comments, including your own, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. For an optimal viewing experience, Wookieepedia recommends using the Monobook skin. For help changing your skin preference, see Help:Skin. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! —Supreme Emperor (talk) 13:58, April 2, 2013 (UTC) |
Talk pages
When leaving messages on talk pages, please note the talkheader. Talk pages are for discussing changes to the article, not discussing in game strategy. Supreme Emperor (talk) 15:27, January 3, 2014 (UTC)
- The point is that we're not a forum. We're an encyclopedia. If you would like to discuss game strategy or other topics irrelevant to the improvement of articles, then there are a multitude of other sites on which to do so. Cade

- Apologies for butting in but I'm a major editor in the LOTR wiki and I can say as a fact that what you said about it is a big fat lie. The only thing that is growing there is the number of vandals or bad editors strictly because our rules and policies are too limited and hardly enforced. LOTR Wiki's problem comes exactly for not having the same rules/policy status of Wookieepedia and that's why it is a mess. Wookieepedia adopts new policies democratically by community majority consensus and rules are properly enforced by dozens of valuable and experienced editors like Cade. If you don't like how things are done, you're free to start your own CT topic and see where it goes from there. Of course, I can tell you right now that it would be a waste of time since I doubt anyone supports your ideals. With this said, if you still don't like it, there's the door. Signature
I would like to point out that your signature doesn't include any mention of who you are. In addition to being an impediment to clear understanding, it's a violation of the third point of our Signature policy. Thanks. jSarek (talk) 06:17, February 10, 2014 (UTC)
- A warning that your signature violates Wookieepedia policy is not an invitation to (poorly) debate that policy by (also poorly) insulting Wookieepedia and continuing to use a non-compliant signature. Wookieepedia is not like other sites hosted by Wikia, it has higher standards. Learn to live with them or don't come back. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 01:12, February 11, 2014 (UTC)
