RE: Why are Unidentified Clone Wars characters considered Legends?

I believe its due to the site considering the TV series as both canon and legends, some of the old Clone Wars media tied into the TV series or something like that. Hope this helps, if not then I guess your best bet is to ask an admin why --Lewisr (talk) 16:02, December 16, 2017 (UTC)

Hey, quote looks fine to me. As for the images, source them the way we do with references except for < ref name="" </ref> and add categories. I'll do them and I'll let you know when I'm done, and then just click edit on the image like you would do a page and see what I did. I'm a visual learner so hopefully this works for you! Hey Banana32. Regarding your message to TheReelRow1, pages do not provide a notice if someone else is editing. If you'd like, you can temporarily add {{Inuse}} to the top of a page to indicate it is undergoing a series of edits. However, even that's not foolproof. If you run into an edit conflict, you'll see a notice after you click Publish that there's been an edit conflict. Scroll down and you will see that your edits have been preserved. Hi! Quick request/pro-tip: when leaving comments on pages such as Talk pages and especially project ("Wookieepedia:") pages, such as status article nomination pages, try to leave all your original comments intact, as they're a part of the public record. What I mean by that is you should just add newer comments underneath your older comments instead of rewriting them each time you say something in the conversation. Thanks! Resistance Personnel Fate

If we don't see them die then we can't assume they are dead. We didn't see Caluan Ematt die but we also don't see him on the Falcon at the end, that doesn't mean he is dead or alive, more than for now his fate is uncertain so we leave it blank --Lewisr (talk) 03:33, December 29, 2017 (UTC)

RE: Resistance pilots

  • Hi Banana. I think we can say with fair certainty that the first image is Nodin, although if you're going to add it to his page you should make the image slightly larger by cropping out less of his ski speeder. The second image is of Edon Kappehl, per the Incredible Cross Sections. If you don't mind I'm going to request the second one be deleted since its a duplicate with a misleading name.     • Both definitely die since all of the bombers are destroyed, but I'm fairly certain it's Kappehl that is killed when the TIE crashes into his bomber. From what I remember, the TIE crashing destroys the entire bomber, meaning it must be Crimson Hailstrom (Kappehl's ship) and not Cobalt Hammer (Nix's ship), since the Hammer survives until after it's dropped its payload. Nix does die at some point prior to this, since we see his body when Paige is climbing the ladder, but I'm not certain when. To be honest I think I'd need to watch the film again to be certain, so don't update the articles based solely on my fuzzy recollection. Ayrehead02 (talk) 23:38, December 29, 2017 (UTC)

Hi, I would say that the Anodyne pilot/captain/commander not sure his rank definitely deserves an article especially for what he did and his sacrifice.   • Forgot to add it in the previous comment, the Anodyne pilot may be named in TLJ novelizations when they come out. Now for the bomber pilot, since he was part of Paige's bomber crew are you sure he's not named in The Last Jedi: Cobalt Squadron? He might showed up there, my book hasn't arrived so I'm not sure about that detail. And for the shuttle pilot I guess an article for him would be okay it would be similar to those Blue Squadron pilots from RO seen for a second. So I would say that you can go ahead and do them, just be sure of the bomber pilot before creating it--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 02:39, December 30, 2017 (UTC)

  • Let me repeat this: please check whether your signature is compliant with the Sourcing policy. The image in your signature cannot be larger than 20px in height. RE: Explaining?

His Banana, the general rules of notability in terms of background characters are that they deserve an article if they either A) Have a name, B) Have "significant" dialogue, C) Play an important role in the plot or D) Have significant BTS information unique to them. As you can see some of these rules are fairly subjective though and so what ultimately decides the notability of an article is trash compactor consensuses and often the precedent they set. For example, articles of characters with no information other than the actor who plays them have been deleted several times in the past. There's definitely precedent for TCW soldiers with no lines or names being deleted in the past. I think the two Mandalorian articles you're thinking of nominating are certainly fair candidates for the compactor, so feel free to put together a page for them and give your arguments. The Clone Wars chronological order

Hey, you can find the chronological order of The Clone Wars episodes (and its The Clone Wars Legacy stories) here. In that, you'll see that Bound for Rescue took place prior to Revival.
