Wookieepedia is the Star Wars encyclopedia that anyone can edit, but we are not a general Star Wars forum nor an all-inclusive trivia site.
In-universe articles are written in past tense and from a neutral point of view. Our Manual of Style and Layout Guide form the basis for writing on Wookieepedia.
All additions to Wookieepedia must be sourced and attributed to a reliable, official source. Fanfiction is welcome on the Star Wars Fanon Wiki.
As a registered Wookieepedia user, you are entitled to a user page and a unique signature. Eventually you will also gain the right to vote on community matters.
Remember to be nice to your fellow Wookieepedians. Avoid making personal attacks and engaging in edit wars. Using multiple accounts is not allowed.
Talk pages and forums are part of the public record and comments on them, including your own user talk page, should be left intact. Remember to sign your comments by typing four tildes, like this: ~~~~

New to wikis? Don't worry, we were all new once. Our welcome page has everything you need to get started, and the Jundland Wastes sandbox can be used for test edits. Don't be afraid to make mistakes—be bold!

Image requirements

Hey, there. Just letting you know that we have a policy in regards to what needs to be added for an image to stay up on Wook, which you can read up on our files policy. All of those requirements may seem intimidating, but it is done to make sure that every file uploaded to the site can be tracked down; given how much new images uploaded on a daily basis. Here's a reference for you in regard to the image requirement issue. If you have any other questions, feel free to join Wook's Discord server or let me know on my talk page. Happy editing and cheers!
