Quotes on Return of the Jedi

Hey Jabba, the reason I delete the quotes from the first part of the movie including the Jabba scene is because the quotes do not have relative meaning to the central part of the story which revolves around Darth Vader once again becoming Anakin Skywalker. The quotes by the Emperor, Yoda, Ben Kenobi, and Luke Skywalker have meaning to the overall story. Quotes from the Jabba scene are great, however they belong on quote pages for characters. The biggest reason is because the quotes on the movie pages do not need to get out of hand. Lately we have gone from having no quotes to TOO MANY quotes. Memorable quotes for the movies need to stay quotes that have the most meaning and impact on the story of the movie. Memorable quote sections need to stay small, concise and meaningful.

  • Yeah I like a lot of the quotes from the Jabba Scene. Especiall the dialogue b/w Luke and Han on the skiff when they say something to the effect of, Instead of a dark blur I see a light blur, theres nothing to see; i used to live here you know, you are going to die here you know...convenient. Of course those quotes, though very funny and good, have nothing to do with the story.

  • Jabba, the next time you code a custom userbox on any page other than userbox proposals or your own page, please use the (nowiki) code around it so only the code is displayed. This keeps the page from taking forever to load on some servers, plus userboxes should only appear on user pages and userbox proposals.   • Think nothing of it, Jabba. Philosophical differences are fine, but what I was actually referring to is the number of custom userboxes, not overall, because I have 11.   • I'm not sure what you mean, "What's happened." On userboxes, I'm content to let it be a difference of opinion. The only custom one I have is the Ataru one, because of my name. I could make others, such as hypothetically, "This user thinks Jaina Solo is really fine" "This user thinks Twi'lek food is nasty" "This user believes that Darth Vader smelled like formaldehyde" and other nonsensical messages, but I just don't see the point. By the way, I used those as examples because I don't think they exist, and while I may or may not agree with the statements, it doesn't matter. I'm not trying to give you ideas, mind you. Hutt Questions

Yo man it seems like you know a lot about hutts. Was Ka'Pa a hutt friendly with the new republic? didnt he help them out? also give me your opinion of borvo.

  • Ka'Pa distrusted the Republic after what happened to Jabba the Hutt, Though had a semi-good relationship with Mara Jade and the New Republic. He was miss-guded. He helped, but not with ease.......
    • Borvo isn't one of my Favorite Hutts. He's often seen at Naboo's Moenia cantina. he's a batrayer and untrustworthy. Plus he has blue skin. Fanon pics

  • Jabba, am I correct in saying that you can merge two images together and upload them? Would it be possible for you to take the image on my main user page and add a green lightsaber blade to the prop pictured? It doesn't matter to me if you have the blade as the background and just merge it with the person on the image or vice versa. Infoboxes and speculation

While it's good that you want to add infoboxes to as many Hutt characters as possible, I have to ask that you don't add any purely speculative information to them. For instance, Zochaeb is only mentioned in GG12, and nowhere does it say his height. —Silly Dan (talk) 02:32, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

  • Lightsaber forms, one of my favorite topics. Your beloved Count Dooku uses Form II: Makashi, an elegant dueling form unrivaled in saber vs. saber duels. It is not very common, and could be used by a Hutt as it is not as mobility-intensive as some of the other forms (Ataru, Vaapad). Form V, the power attack, hit-em-as-hard-as-you-can form used by Anakin and Luke, could also work for a Hutt. There is a Form II saberbox on my subpage- it's easy to find. Nice new pic.
