Force Speed GAN

  • Hey IFYLOFD. I was just wondering if you could take another look at the Force speed article...I've changed it a fair bit and SoresuMakashi says he thinks its ok now but he's not an experienced reviewer so he wants a second opinion before supporting so if you have time could you take a look? Suggestion

Just a little suggestion: when marking pages with the {{delete}}, it's a good idea to put "CSD - reason it's a Candidate for Speedy Deletion" in the edit summary it makes it more noticeable on the Recent Changes page for an Admin to take care of it. :) - JMAS Hey, it's me! 01:37, 30 December 2008 (UTC)

Formatting on the GAN/FAN

When leaving a list of objections on the GAN or FAN pages, please be aware of how to properly format your lists. Putting your signature on a new line without a bullet point or : messes up the numbering when people make subsequent objections. Warmaestro

Hi IFYLOFD,

Well if you'd caught me on that two months ago I'd be all for it but I'm afraid I've already written 85% of Tsavong Lah. He's not on a subpage or on my computer though—I transferred it all to the mainspace article around easter week and it's now sitting pretty at almost 150K. So Tsavong is already 85% done. All I need to do is add the Enemy Lines Duology information and the Traitor information, then write a P&T. For the time being there's a sort of "placeholder" amount of info for those sections; certainly more than there was. Admittedly he won't be finished for about 9 weeks…but I think the work's pretty much been done. Sorry bud.

Greetings! A day of peace and profit to you. (That was a Bothan saying, by the way. Wonder if it has a Wookieepedia page yet...)

Not counting this message (if this message even counts), i have made a total of 3 edits to Wookieepedia (which is 3 more than i've made to Wikipedia and all other Wikias combined), and you just undid my most recent, and i'm wondering why.  :-(  :-/

i went to starwars.wikia.com/wiki/EV looking for EV-9D9's name, and getting redirected to Booster's ship didn't help me. Can we put a disambiguation page or something there please?

i know i really ought to learn how to edit these pages properly--there are so many times i see things that i want to edit, errors or incomplete information or whatever--but i put it off because at the time i just don't have the time to do it RIGHT.

So, lately, i've been thinking, "What the Force--like Talon Karrde told Booster (while Booster was trying to acquire the future Errant Venture, incidentally), 'Twenty percent of something is better than one hundred percent of nothing.'" So i've been making my little quasi-edits and hoping that they'll make things slightly better, and then somebody more experienced than i can come and make them slightly better than that.

i didn't expect my intended improvements to be completely undone.

So, can we compromise on this a little bit, maybe?
