Padme image

Would you mind going back to the Talk:Padmé Amidala and looking at the two options again? The current image is pieced together by two image of different quality and science. The image is grainy and her face looks like it's been airbrushed, unnatural. The second (and only other) option is the same image, but is the actual screenshot and is much better quality. I'm not sure I understand the difference between what you did and what I did (re: Ugzak), although you seemed a bit huffy in the edit note you left before it got moved. Greedo Shooting First Conical, But Stupid.

Look man, I wasn't trying to create trouble or anything, it's just that I'm fan from way back (long before you were born, whippersnapper) - before George Lucas went senile and started making needless and even stupid changes. And one of the worst examples of this is the whole Greedo thing. It was cooler, more satisfying, and more appropriate the way the scene was originally shot. And most people would agree with me.

Now, I realize that this site is trying to hold to the "canon" of the Star Wars universe [Redacted by administration], and I (for the most part) can respect that. Perhaps I (or you, or someone) could write something in the Behind Scenes section of the article to mention the original (and proper) scene.

In any event, I'll try and refrain from "rejecting the canon" on the site, even if I don’t agree with it.

Oh yeah, and you only had to ask - not try and threaten. Try exercising some tact next time.
