Wookieepedia is the Star Wars encyclopedia that anyone can edit, but we are not a general Star Wars forum nor an all-inclusive trivia site.
In-universe articles are written in past tense and from a neutral point of view. Our Manual of Style and Layout Guide form the basis for writing on Wookieepedia.
All additions to Wookieepedia must be sourced and attributed to a reliable, official source. Fan fiction is welcome on the Star Wars Fanon Wiki.
As a registered Wookieepedia user, you are entitled to a user page and a unique signature. Eventually you will also gain the right to vote on community matters.
Remember to be nice to your fellow Wookieepedians. Avoid making personal attacks and engaging in edit wars. Using multiple accounts is not allowed.
Talk pages and forums are part of the public record and comments on them, including your own user talk page, should be left intact. Remember to sign your comments by typing four tildes, like this: ~~~~

Hi there, I wanted to let you know that some of your recent articles do not meet our notability requirements, and could be deleted. Those three individuals didn't actually have any action beyond just being in the background. Creating pages

Hey there, please when creating pages ensure that you are following the layout guide. And please if you are adding infoboxes, add the entire infobox, even if you don't fill out the fields. Thanks Lewisr (talk) 18:17, 6 October 2022 (UTC)

Thank you for letting me know. I usually don't do that because I get the infoboxes via visual editing and only go into source editing to add in the type but I'll keep that in mind going forward.

3 ABY

The issue is that really just saying it takes place prior to 3 ABY doesn't really explain much, I'd recommend using the date note that is on the annual page which is a bit more upto standard of what we do for date notes, and appears to narrow down the date further Lewisr (talk) 19:21, 6 October 2022 (UTC)

Uploading images

Hello there! Thank you for the Andor images you've been uploading! It would be much appreciated if, on future uploads from the show, you would put {{TV-screenshot}} in the |licensing= field of the Information template and [[Category:Images from Andor]] in the |cat licensee= field. Faie

Hey there! I reverted on the grounds that there is no absolute confirmation Faie was killed. Plus the page went through a nomination process to become a status article, it seems like if someone agreed he was killed it would have been brought up. If you feel strongly about it then you would be best to contact User:Vitus Infinitus to discuss the matter Lewisr (talk) 01:52, 19 November 2022 (UTC)

You also undid my citing of Luminara's death to Rebels and added in that Vos survived and helped the Hidden Path (it previously had that his fate is unknown which as we now know is untrue). You could have deleted the part of him dying instead of undoing my entire edit.GarrettStarWars (talk) 00:06, 20 November 2022 (UTC)

Assuming gender

Please do not assume the genders of clone troopers, such as Nemec and Fireball (clone trooper). Doing so is speculation; physical attributes do not determine an individual's gender (please see Forum:SH:Making use of pronouns for relevant discussions). OOM 224 (he/him) 17:50, 5 April 2023 (UTC)

Okay. While we do know their sex, you are right that their being a dude in terms of gender identity is not confirmed unless it is directly stated in the episode, audio description, or official support or online material from Lucasfilm that uses he/him pronouns or refers to them as a man/male/guy/dude/boy etc. or a familial relationship such as boyfriend/husband/son/father/brother (often "brother" for clones) etc.... I'll only put male in if it has been canonically confirmed, because I suppose it is possible for a biologically male clone to identify otherwise, as with Sister. Thanks for reaching out. Removing LGBTQIA+ categories

Please stop removing the category from valid characters. Like you did for Matthea Cathley and Marda Ro. If you have issues with someone reverting the edit, please ask for an explanation on the individual's talk page or the talk page for the article itself, reverting the edit to ask why is counterproductive. The reason previously provided by a user for Marda being attracted to women is that she was attracted to Vika, which isn't true. I reverted Matty because I didn't recall the one sentence that Lewisr reminded me of. I was writing in Lewisr's talk page about the reversions because I don't want to edit-war, and my laptop died while I was writing. I charged it to see this message. You coming to me immediately was unnecessary; I know how to use talk pages. He provided a source for both Marda and Matty, but Elzar is still incorrect, so I will reach out to him about that.   - The exact passage: "Their [Avar and Elzar's] fingers were still entwined. Elzar felt almost giddy about it suddenly, like when they were kids. That thought led immediately to memories of the two of them giggling with Stellan, flirting with each other, and at him, his ears pink when he wouldn't flirt back." This has been interpreted by some as direct flirting, and by some as Avar and Elzar messing with Stellan, because he knew they were a thing and they knew he wasn't interested. The passage describes it as a repeated instance, and since he never flirted back, it could imply that they messed with him in a group setting (since it's the two of them together flirting AT him) to annoy him. Either way, it doesn't confirm that either Avar or Elzar were interested in Stellan, and doesn't indicate that Elzar was attracted to men.
