Categories

Hi there, thank you for contributing to Wookieepedia! About your category edits, please refrain from adding categories that are redundant per their subcategories. For example, there is no need to add Category:Species or Category:Sentient species to an article that already has Category:Reptilian sentient species. RE: Edits

Hi there! The Farlax Sector page was indeed incorrect about the species, as I was also able to confirm it by checking the source. And about Vranki, he is obviously a Hutt but adding Category:Hutts to the page is redundant, as the page already has Category:Hutts of the Hutt Clan, which is a subcategory of the main Hutts category. Notability policy

Hi, stopping by to inform about the notability policy clause for sentient species. Several of the articles recently made (such as Vantos Coll's species) don't qualify under this clause due to being unnamed, having only one known member, no BtS information included (to justify them being unique), a homeworld, or significant dialogue addressing them as a uniquely notable species. It's great that you're putting a lot of time into making articles, but please make sure that they qualify to be their own articles under this clause before making more for species, or they'll likely be speedy-deleted.
