Welcome, Darth Dumbo!Hello and welcome to Wookieepedia. I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source. Please do not remove talk page and forum comments, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! Maris Brood
Please stop reverting the edits to Maris Brood. You're dangerously close to violating WP:3RR. If you want a different quote, your best bet would be to discuss it on the talk page. - Brandon Rhea (talk) 01:21, September 7, 2009 (UTC)
- You can see a discussion I just started here. - Brandon Rhea

It's not up to me. Bring the issue up in the discussion at the link above and other people can chime in with their opinions. - Brandon Rhea (talk) 01:25, September 7, 2009 (UTC)
Warning
| User warning: Fanon.
Please do not add your own fan-fiction to Wookieepedia articles. If you continue to add fanon to the site, you will be banned. Your input might be more welcome at the Star Wars Fanon Wiki. |
I never posted fanon. Do you have any examples?
Please do not make any unwelcome additions to our featured articles. Also, do not remove warnings from your talk page. MauserComlink 15:11, December 19, 2009 (UTC)

Please do not edit articles currently undergoing major edits. See this and this for details. Xd 18:09, February 6, 2010 (UTC)
Another warning
You've been warned about fanon in the past. So here's another warning. IG-88E is fanon, and it will be deleted. Do not add any more fanon to Wookieepedia, or you will be blocked. Grand Moff Tranner (Comlink) 16:16, February 10, 2010 (UTC)]]
I was using IG-88E as a name for the droid in Renegade Squadron. I changed it so that the image was in the IG-88 article without a specific letter. Darth Dumbo 16:27, February 10, 2010 (UTC)Darth DumboDarth Dumbo 16:27, February 10, 2010 (UTC)
Warning
This is a general warning for you. Stop changing the canon status of the Battle of Hoth (0 BBY) article. There is nothing to suggest the article is non-canon, despite the obvious continuity contradictions, which by themselves do not make something non-canon unless and until an official LFL source states it to be so. Judging by your talk page, you clearly have trouble both with adding your own fan-creation to articles and edit warring over things, so I suggest you heed this notice, which will be the only thing you hear from me on the matter. If you continue to add your fan-created material to articles, specifically this Battle of Hoth article, and/or continue to edit-war with other users, you will be blocked from editing. Thank you for your cooperation, and have a Wookiee-tastic day. Toprawa and Ralltiir 22:41, February 17, 2010 (UTC)
- I'm not sure why you're having such a hard time with this. There is nothing to suggest these Battle of Hoth articles are non-canon in any way, and so I'm going to ask you one last time to stop trying to perpetuate your idea that they are. Unless and until you can produce some sort of officially-licensed LFL statement or source that says the subjects in these are non-canon, you need to stop adding templates to the articles suggesting that they are. If you continually fail or refuse to heed this message, punitive action will be taken. Thank you again. Toprawa and Ralltiir 23:43, February 20, 2010 (UTC)
- Here's the thing. The article has never been actually confirmed as non-canon, but every other source says that the Alliance found Hoth in 1 ABY and hid there, which contradicts the article.--Darth Dumbo 23:46, February 20, 2010 (UTC)
- A minor continuity inconsistency doesn't automatically make something non-canon. And we don't assume something is until we have an official source asserting so. Toprawa and Ralltiir 23:52, February 20, 2010 (UTC)
- I'll ask Leland Chee about this on his blog. Would this be an official source?--Darth Dumbo 23:53, February 20, 2010 (UTC)
