I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Community Portal talk page or ask me on my Talk page. Reversion of your edits
I've re-reverted the changes you've made to several date articles. Removing information without an explanation generally is a bad idea. If you're going to do so, you need to explain your reasons in the accompanying talk page. Or, if you're making sweeping reforms for the Wook, please start a Consensus Thread. Thank you for your cooperation. Toprawa and Ralltiir 18:13, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
Warning
You have broken Wookieepedia's three-revert rule. If you revert either of the articles in question once more, you will be blocked form editing. Graestan(Talk) 02:09, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
- All I did was warn you not to further flout policy. Your paranoia is unfounded; no one is more "important" than anyone else on the wiki, and you could just have easily taken your arguments to the talk page. Your activities on the wiki determine your relationships with the community—perhaps taking a more measured approach would benefit you. Graestan(Talk) 21:54, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
Manaan
Thank you for providing the source – especially the direct link. Keep in mind that if you add information to articles, especially featured articles, they need to be sourced or they risk becoming reverted on sight. Manaan is a FA and as such, there are many people who monitor it to ensure factual accuracy. Thanks for providing the information. Master Aban Fiolli {Alpheridies University ComNet} 15:54, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
Year templates
Just so you know, I reverted the changes to the year templates because of their usage in canon. The Old Sith Wars is a canonical period; one, in fact, that as of right now ends with the Battle of Malachor V. This is confirmed in canon and can be found in a couple of sources. Until LFL changes this date, we have to assume that the era still ends at 3,951 BBY even though there are events after it which might appear to fit into the era. Thanks. Master Aban Fiolli {Alpheridies University ComNet} 16:15, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
Sithy emblems
Here you go. Just did a printscreen TOR website and cropped it. :) The other image looks so much like the Jedi Order emblem during The Clone Wars that I think I mislabeled it as "Republic." SinisterSamurai 22:14, 25 October 2008 (UTC)
The Clone Wars retcon
I saw your comment in the Senate Hall about the Clone Wars being completely retconned and I completely agree. That time period had to have been the most exhaustively documented in the entire Star Wars saga. And instead of trying to make the new content fit, they just decided to overwrite all the existing canon for it. Someone should start a petition or something. -Milo Fett[Comlink] 14:30, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
- I agree 100%. Older pre-prequel (pre May 1999) sources place the clone wars further in the past justifying the adjective Old Republic. Is 18 to 20 years long enough to call something like a government "old"? -- Frank V Bonura - The Bane of Revisionism 01:23, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
Post April 1999 SW Material
- "You're always welcome to create your own wiki that stops recording SW material at 1999 if you like. Dangerdan97 00:04, 26 May 2009 (UTC)"
- ―{{{2}}}
Do I know you sir? You seem to know me rather well sir. I can't help but ask, why can't this Wiki respect the views of those who recognize the prequels and those who do not? Can we not be open-minded and inclusive of both camps? Thank you in advance for your time. -- Frank V Bonura - The Bane of Revisionism 02:13, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
Cooldown block
- You've got a one-day cooldown block for edit-warring and NPA violation in edit summaries. While we're appreciative of your edits here, there's no need to express that kind of attitude; it's not helpful to the community. At any rate, the official release date is the one that should be used. Atarumaster88

Creating articles
When creating articles of any kind here on Wookieepedia, please make sure to include a proper "Appearances" and/or "Sources" section. Articles will be deleted after one week's time otherwise. Toprawa and Ralltiir 23:37, September 2, 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you. I understand your reasoning. I'm not sure why the trend was started of not providing sources for year articles like all others, but it shouldn't be. Toprawa and Ralltiir 23:45, September 2, 2009 (UTC)
Year articles
I noticed you've been creating and improving articles on years. I've been doing the same myself lately and thought you might find 0 BBY to have a helpful year template for new articles. I added it to 4,100 BBY as an example. —Milo Fett[Comlink] 17:36, September 10, 2009 (UTC)
Re:
Images should ideally be at a much larger resolution. If you click on all three images currently on the TIE shuttle article, you'll see that they are all at large resolutions so that we can actually see them rather than just thumbnail pictures. Toprawa and Ralltiir 01:45, January 7, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't believe there is a minimum pixel count. Just use common sense. The page you're uploading from is large enough that you should be able to get a decent-sized image. Toprawa and Ralltiir 01:50, January 7, 2010 (UTC)
Warning
Please watch your tone when commenting on public forums on this wiki. Posting messages like this is nothing but hostile and inflammatory, and it's contrary to the principles of both our Civility and No personal attacks policies. If you have nothing constructive to contribute to a forum of this nature, I would suggest not posting anything at all. Considering you've already been warned and blocked for this type of behavior previously, you're lucky I'm not giving you another, lengthier block. However, if I see anything of this nature from you again, you will be blocked from editing. Thank you for your cooperation. Toprawa and Ralltiir 19:52, February 1, 2010 (UTC)
- In that instance, you can politely remind the appropriate parties that off-topic posts are subject to deletion and then notify an administrator. Toprawa and Ralltiir 20:06, February 1, 2010 (UTC)

Date
Dan, would you mind pointing out to me where in the Atlas you found the date for 25,102 BBY? Thanks. Toprawa and Ralltiir 06:44, November 21, 2010 (UTC)

Galaxy Guide 2
Hey Dangerdan,
Do you by chance have Galaxy Guide 2: Yavin and Bespin (Second Edition)? If so, can you tell me what it says in regard to Exar Kun's defeat on Yavin 4 please? Thanks,—Tommy 9281 13:02, November 23, 2010 (UTC)
12,000 BBY
Dan, can you give me an idea of what UAA says about the Morseerians in 12,000 BBY? Toprawa and Ralltiir 19:15, November 24, 2010 (UTC)
- Ok, I think it's important to note that unless UAA is intended to be written exactly circa 0 ABY, "nearly 12,000 years" don't equate exactly to 12,000 BBY. Can you speak to the timeline of that book at all? Toprawa and Ralltiir 19:31, November 24, 2010 (UTC)
- Well, it's up to you how you want to handle it, but either way I think you should inform SavageBob, the Morseerian article's original author, that the wording about 12,000 BBY may need to be adjusted. In the meantime, I feel like the Morseerian mention in the 12,000 BBY article should probably be removed since the dating is rather ambiguous. Any objections to that? Toprawa and Ralltiir 19:54, November 24, 2010 (UTC)

User:Dangerdan97/Transformers
Hello, this is Exiled Jedi, could you please remove your user subpage User:Dangerdan97/Transformers from the technology category? I am cleaning up the technology category and I found this page there. I don't think user pages are supposed to be placed in in-universe categories. Thank you for your time.--Exiled Jedi (Greetings) 17:34, July 14, 2011 (UTC)

Thrawn campaign
Hello, please don't anymore the chronology of the thrawn campaign anymore. I had rewriten and replaced all the events following the books and official informations released in The Essential Atlas. So I can guarantee you it's correct.Hk 47 10:28, September 11, 2011 (UTC)
- Ok I saw your last corrections, I think it's all good now.
- I also saw the 44.7.14 near Poderis but it can't be the "Mission to Poderis" because 44.7.14 takes place somewhere between DFR and TLC and all the events about Poderis mentioned In the books are in the middle of TLC. I think it's an edition mistake. There are others small errors in TEA. And according to TEA, I create a page "Battle of Bimmisaari" but I wonder now if it is not an another error for the "Mission to Bimmisaari".Hk 47 17:14, September 12, 2011 (UTC)
- Yes I agree with you. Hk 47 18:12, September 20, 2011 (UTC)

Assault on Kile II
I don't think there is a concrete canonical timeline for the intertwined Dark Forces and Rogue Squadron games, but if you have proof otherwise, could you please add it to the article? DjMack 01:12, September 20, 2011 (UTC)
- Hmm, I never heard of this Essential Guide to Military coming out. That should do wonders for this site. DjMack 19:13, September 20, 2011 (UTC)
Re: TCW production codes
Usually they're in the Concept Art gallery, on one or more of the images, i.e. this "Shadow Warrior" concept for the Gungan sub is labeled for Episode "319," which is the production code. That hasn't been the case for "Gungan Attack," but that's where all the rest's production codes come from. CC7567 (talk) 02:24, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
- Gotta make up for those severely lacking guides somehow. :P CC7567 (talk) 02:31, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Production code
I believe the main concern was that previous episode guides (all of them, I believe) have posted concept art images marked with 4.01 and 4.02. While we can assume that those two episodes refer to either "Plan of Dissent" or "Carnage of Krell," we don't know enough about what's featured in each episode (and what will be featured in each concept art gallery) to assign those codes just yet. The code for "The General," for example, came from an image of the Umbaran MHC, which had only been featured in that episode at that time. CC7567 (talk) 16:48, November 10, 2011 (UTC)
Re: TCW template
I realize that there aren't any official parameters established for the template, but I personally feel that since the template is called "The Clone Wars episodes," it should be reserved for material directly related to the TV series. I know that the comic story was the definite basis for the Slaves of the Republic arc in the TV series, but I don't feel that linking to specific comic stories, even if they're adapted into the TV series, maintains the distinction between the TV series's directly related material and all other TCW material. The currently listed material (episodes, tie-in webcomics, sourcebooks, and video games) all have some direct connection to the TV series, while that comic story was basically the only of its kind to be related to a specific TCW storyline. I think that if we start to focus on specific stories, or on the comic series just because one of its story arcs got adapted into the TV series, then the template's "apparent" parameters won't be as clear. That's just what I believe, but you're welcome to survey others for stances on the matter. CC7567 (talk) 00:21, December 9, 2011 (UTC)
Strange Allies
Hey, Dan, just curious: Where did the "Volume 7" come from in your move of Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Strange Allies? It's not listed in the title, nor on the Amazon.com page. Am I overlooking it? ~Savage
15:03, December 30, 2011 (UTC)
- Gah, that is a pickle. We shouldn't be adding extraneous info to titles if it's not official, but I'll have to wait a day or so to fix it due to holiday commitments. Cheers, ~Savage

Gank Massacres
Hey, Dan, I'm currently working on updating the Gank article, and I noticed you added Galaxy at War to the list of sources for the Gank Massacres back in 2009: diff . Do you happen to remember what part of the book discusses the Gank Massacres? I think it's important information for the main Gank article as well. Thanks for any help! ~Savage

Here's lookin' at you
Hey Danger Dan,
It's August 1st, and you're officially the Wookieepedian of the Month! Congratulations. You've been putting in hard work for years, and you definitely deserve it.
If you've ever checked out Wookieepedia NewsNet, located about halfway down the right side of the Wook's Main Page, you've seen the WOTM interviews that have been conducted the last few months. Would you be interested in doing one? I have some questions from me and a few other users; I could post them here, or e-mail you if you'd prefer. Let me know, and congrats again! Menkooroo (talk) 05:00, August 1, 2012 (UTC)
- I always though blindsiding was a bad thing. :D Since your wiki account has a confirmed e-mail address and you have "enable e-mail from other users" checked in your preferences, I can click on "e-mail this user" on the left side of the page (immediately above "Upload file" in Monobook). And by "I can," I mean I will! Menkooroo (talk) 20:23, August 1, 2012 (UTC)
CVI shift sign-ups
Hey. Four empty shifts are left: 1:15–1:45 and 1:45–2:15 on Thursday, plus 11:15–11:45 and 2:15–2:45 on Friday. All of these shift conflict with both my and C-3P0's panels. If you could cover a couple or even all of these, it would be appreciated; otherwise I have to force someone to work them since we are not allowed to leave the booth empty. Thanks. —MJ— Holocomm Sunday, August 19, 2012, 22:17 UTC
- I shuffled plans, see if the present schedule helps. Luckily I get two shots at the 1313 panel, so now I'm shooting for the Friday one. It looks like C-3P0 seems willing to cover that shift? DD97Which bear is best? 01:19, August 20, 2012 (UTC)

Celebration Europe preparations
Hello Dangerdan! I'm from Jedipedia.net the German Star Wars Wiki and responsible for getting our team on the road for the CE II next year. If you can spare the time I'd like to ask you a couple of questions about the last Celebration.
