Wookiees-Transparent

Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Please do not remove talk page and forum comments, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask one of our administrators. May the Force be with you!

Hello

Please do not edit Fil, due to it's in the process of becoming a featured article. Any article that has been nominated for either FAN or GAN, you need to consult with the nominator first before you start editing. Thanks :) JangFett Talk 23:56, 29 July 2009 (UTC)

  • Again, please do not edit on a nominated article unless you have permission from the nominator first. Your edit in Niner has been reverted because it is a speculation and unsourced. JangFett Talk 23:44, 30 July 2009 (UTC)

Warning

You are not an Inq, or an AC. Please do not add that template by your name upon voting for FAs or GAs. Continuing to do will get you blocked. Thank you. Chack Jadson (Talk) 00:04, 31 July 2009 (UTC)

Also, do not ever edit other Wookieepedians' user pages without the express permission of that user, as you did on CC7567's page. That is considered vandalism. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 15:29, 6 August 2009 (UTC)

  • I see now that you were attempting to give CC7567 a Wookiee Cookie. That is fine, just the method in which you presented it was wrong. You should only ever issue a Wookiee Cookie to someone on their talk page. It is then up to the user if they want to display the cookie on their main user page. Thanks. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 15:38, 6 August 2009 (UTC)

Hey Capt.Scout. Just thought I'd let you know that your votes have been struck on the Wookieepedian of the Month and Featured article nominations pages per our policy, which states you must have 50 valid main namespace (article) edits before being able to vote on many community based votes. As you can see from your edit count you currently only have 25 main namespace edits. Once you get up to 50 mainspace edits your vote can be unstruck, be sure to let me know when you get there and I can unstrike your vote. Thank you. Grunny (Talk) 04:55, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

  • They have now been unstruck. Grunny (Talk) 04:56, 6 August 2009 (UTC)

Redlinks

Don't remove them. It's not helpful in the slightest. -- I need a name (Complain here) 21:46, 5 August 2009 (UTC)

  • You've been warned enough times. Do not remove the redlinks from the pages! MauserComlink 15:33, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
    • Last warning: STOP. REMOVING. REDLINKS. FROM PAGES. Next time you'll get a ban. MauserComlink 20:47, 6 August 2009 (UTC)

Userpage edit

I appreciate your thought, but as JMAS said, please do not edit another user's page without express permission. Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 19:04, 6 August 2009 (UTC)

Re: Awards

Leave a message at their talk page with the following text: {{subst:Wookiee cookie|~~~|<a short message explaining what the award is for>}}. That would be all. MauserComlink 22:10, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

CC-7567

I would strongly recommend reading the rules at the top of the FAN page before you even decide to nominate CC-7567. In no way does it even come close to rule 9 of the FAN, which means that it needs to conform to proper source coverage. Furthermore, you have not done any work for the article, and I've already taken him up as my own project. Please do not nominate him again. CC7567 (talk) 22:22, 11 August 2009 (UTC)

Your current projects

I would hold off from rewriting fairly large articles, such as: Luminara Unduli and Ki-Adi-Mundi. They require a lot of work, and adding in newly TCW information isn't sufficient. Unless you can handle the amount of work, then go for it. :) If you have any questions on choosing a project, you can politely ask CC7567 or any other active WP:TCW member. I recently have seen you choose articles that have been completed, i.e, promoted to GA or FA, which isn't the way to go. You can also look at: Choosing an article to help you choose a suitable article. Or Future projects, which allows you to look at various subjects—such as characters or clones—that haven't been chosen as an project for WP:TCW. JangFett Talk 22:52, September 8, 2009 (UTC)

  • In addition, Ki-Adi-Mundi has yet to appear in the show, and "calling dibs" on characters who have yet to appear is discouraged. Darth Trayus Sith Emblem (Trayus Academy) 00:20, September 9, 2009 (UTC)

Ahsoka Tano

Please leave the spoiler tags within the article; the spoiler period has not ended. Thank you. JangFett (Talk) 20:51, October 5, 2009 (UTC)

Hello everyone, this is CC7567 from WookieeProject The Clone Wars. It is currently six months after the project was started, and the number of individual projects is steadily growing. While I am happy that so many of you are writing for the WookieeProject, the majority of articles there have been sitting there for months. Several users even have ten projects or more at the moment, and I am frankly just disappointed at the level of inactivity that is befalling our articles. I understand that many of you have other obligations, and while I respect that, the responsibility falls to you to judge whether or not you're still capable of writing all of these articles, whether in time or in energy. For this reason, I once again urge you to reconsider your current projects. The criteria should be that you have the unrelenting intent to finish all of your projects within the next month. I myself have had to reconsider my own projects on account of real-life time constraints. I do not want to have to set a limit to the number of projects per user, but if it comes down to that, I will, because I do not want to see the project deteriorate and hope that you do not want to either. Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 19:23, October 31, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Wikis

While I thank you for your invitation and would love to help out, I have enough commitments here on Wookieepedia and elsewhere in real life to prevent me from contributing anything of worth to your wiki. I apologize that I can't be of more help. There are plenty of other users here, so asking one of them for help might be more helpful to you. CC7567 (talk) 19:40, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

Captain, I will try to do something on your wiki, if I can. -Commanderneyo77 17:22, June 7, 2010 (UTC) i will help to --71.79.166.132 18:35, June 11, 2010 (UTC)

Warning

After reading your opposition voting comment directed against JangFett on the Wookieepedian of the Month voting page, I'm going to give you one opportunity to prove the legitimacy of your statement. The fact remains that JangFett hasn't edited your talk page since last October, nearly some 9 months now, leaving only friendly notices informing you that you have failed at Wookieepedia in some rudimentary way. He has been neither antagonistic nor "picky" in his comments, and he has certainly never accused you of deleting pages on Wookieepedia, besides the fact that you don't have sufficient user rights to delete pages to begin with. While I respect everyone's right to vote in support or against whomever or whatever they please, I will not tolerate what are baseless, and essentially slanderous, comments directed against a perfectly well-meaning user. Making false accusations against other users is contrary to Wookieepedia's Civility guidelines, and in extreme cases may result in the user being blocked from editing by an administrator. So again, I'm going to give you until the end of this week to either prove your claim or address/amend your voting comment as appropriate before further action is potentially taken. Thank you for your cooperation, and have a Wookiee-tastic day. Toprawa and Ralltiir 17:33, June 15, 2010 (UTC)

Your vote

Hello. I just struck your vote on Wookieepedia:Featured article nominations/Operation: Knightfall (second nomination), because you don't meet the productivity requirement on Wookieepedia:Single-issue voters. Cheers. -- 1358 (Talk) 20:20, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

  • Did you read my message? While you have 50 main namespace edits, you don't meet the productivity requirement, which says you need two times more "Wookieepedia:" and main namespace edits than "User" and "User talk" edits. -- 1358 (Talk) 20:27, June 24, 2010 (UTC)
    • Double. If you have, for example 250 user + user talk edits, you'll need 500 Wookieepedia + main namespace edits. -- 1358 (Talk) 20:32, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

Photo galleries

No galleries are allowed on user pages, as per WP:USER. Please remove yours. Cheers. -- 1358 (Talk) 18:28, June 29, 2010 (UTC)

  • Technically, no, you can't. But you can, for example, create a "favorite" list and add an image per "favorite list". -- 1358 (Talk) 18:37, June 29, 2010 (UTC)

Re:Star Wars Cheats Wiki

Sorry, can't do that, that's spamming, which can get you blocked and/or banned from Wikia. Just a warning that one of the Admins noticed what you had put, therefore I would not like to continue contributing to your wiki.
