Welcome, Alexyodaross!Hello and welcome to Wookieepedia. I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source. Please do not remove talk page and forum comments, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask one of our administrators. May the Force be with you! |

Hey
Hey Alexyodaross, please do not add your username to this category. To automatically do this, simply add the {{user clones}} template to your userpage. Thanks. Jonjedigrandmaster (We seed the stars) 02:54, March 5, 2010 (UTC)
LEGO
Hello, your article concerning the 8012 Clone Turbo Tank has been deleted because that is material more befitting of the LEGO Star Wars Wiki. Your contribution may be more welcome over there. Toprawa and Ralltiir 23:49, March 6, 2010 (UTC)
Question?
Why doesn't Lego Star Wars sets wookify on Wookieepedia?
- We don't devote articles to toys or action figure sets unless the subject itself is a canon character, vehicle, etc. Instead, we have partner wikis like the LEGO Star Wars wiki to prevent Wookieepedia from becoming overcrowded. Toprawa and Ralltiir 23:57, March 6, 2010 (UTC)
Warning
Please stop adding unsourced and unnecessary information to the TwinTail starfighter Featured article. If you cannot properly source your edits, they will be reverted to maintain the FA's quality. Thank you for your cooperation. CC7567 (talk) 01:25, March 7, 2010 (UTC)
Star Wars movies
Ummm...I really like Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, and despite what everyone else seems to think, Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace isn't that bad at all...I'd say I like all of them evenly :). Hbu? Duchess Jade 04:14, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
I've never seen those...what do think about the Star Wars: The Clone Wars? Vomit inducing, or fun? Duchess Jade 17:29, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
If you're talking about Ewoks as a species, then yes, but if you're talking about the show, then no, I haven't seen it. Duchess Jade 18:54, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
Signing
Hey Alex. When signing comments, only use four tildes (~~~~), not ~~~~Alexyodaross or ~~~~Alexyodaross~~~~. Cheers. --Xd 17:52, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
- I consider myself to be a user with quite a big knowledge of the universe. And please don't sign your comments like that. --Xd 18:13, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

Either ESB or ROTS. Please stop asking me these kinds of questions here. If you'd like to talk to me, I'm currently on Wookieepedia's IRC channel, #wookieepedia. --Xd 18:18, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
- I use Wookieepedia as a source of knowledge, not a forum, and the majority of users here do as well. If you would like to ask others these kinds of questions, please make sure that it is absolutely relevant to contributing to Wookieepedia instead of just for your personal interest. Stealth ship
I've continued to revert your edits to stealth ship because they're not producing an infobox. If you'd give me the opportunity to do, I can easily add one for you. Grand Moff Tranner (Comlink) 23:57, March 25, 2010 (UTC)

Imperial II-class Star Destroyer
Do not add a list of notable Star Destroyers to the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer page. There is a category for that purpose. Grand Moff Tranner (Comlink) 19:44, March 27, 2010 (UTC)
- The same goes for the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer article, and any other article about a ship class. Grand Moff Tranner

Questions
Hey Alex, I just noticed that you had some questions. For questions about Wookieepedia, you can go to the Senate Hall (you know where the search bar is? underneath that, hold your mouse over the "Forums" section, and you'll see a list of forums) and if you have something to ask about Star Wars itself, you can go to to the Knowledge Bank (also included in that list of forums), and fill in some of your questions there. And you can always ask an administrator. To put the infobox's on pages, just scroll down on any page that you're editing, and you'll see a something that reads "Standard preloads (select a template to preload its contents)", and then a little "(click to browse)" thingy...don't know what those are called...anyway, you'll be able to click on one of those templates, and all the categories that apply to that character will pop up on the page that you're editing. Try it out on Wookieepedia:Jundland Wastes!! Let me know if it works out...Duchess Jade 02:34, March 28, 2010 (UTC)
- So did you find out how to preload the templates? Duchess Jade

Re:Goji's Y-Wing
There is no need for an article on Goji's Y-wing. It would be incredibly redundant, as all possible information on it would be better suited in the Goji article. Additionally, were we to keep such an article, we would then need an article for every single Y-wing ever to make an appearance. Grand Moff Tranner (Comlink) 21:10, April 11, 2010 (UTC)
- You have been told before that there is no need for an article on a specific Y-wing like this. Please do not recreate the article again. - Cavalier One

Unverified info
Thank you for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please note that at least one of your recent additions added unverified information to a mainspace article. Additions to Wookieepedia's articles must be verifiable by a reliable source per our sourcing policy, and unverified information may be reverted or deleted. Continuing to add unverified information may lead to you being blocked from editing by an administrator. Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 22:23, April 17, 2010 (UTC)
- Ponds. Any unsourced additions claiming his death will be treated as fanon and reverted as such. CC7567 (talk) 22:27, April 17, 2010 (UTC)
Admiral Kilian
THERE IS ALREADY ARTICLE FOR HIM- HE IS KILIAN NOT "ADMIRAL KILIAN" IT IS NOT LIKE WOOKIEEPEDIA TO ADD RANKS IN NAMES- PLEASE DON'T EDIT THAT PAGE FURTHER!- DA*mn caps lock sorry--Swashbuckler1138 18:08, April 18, 2010 (UTC)
Here http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Kilian please remember that next time... oh and i really afraid that there will soon be article for "Killian" as well his name is quite hard- but we must wait for ep guide that tells it and verifies the appearance of Ponds I think....
Re: Log Out
It logs you out of your account. Two other things: 1. Please learn how to properly sign your comments. Four tildes like ~~~~ is sufficient, nothing more. 2. Goji is not confirmed to appear in Landing at Point Rain. If he isn't identified by name, he didn't appear. Your cooperation is appreciated. CC7567 (talk) 01:46, April 19, 2010 (UTC)
User box templates
Hi Alexyodaross. Regarding your recent User box template creations, we decided a while ago not to make anymore with the removal of the user box proposals page. Rather you can simply put {{userbox}} on your page and make it look like any user box you want. Cheers, Grunny (talk) 03:24, April 20, 2010 (UTC)
- As it says on the {{userbox}} page, you simply put in values into the template
{{userbox|color|color|caption|text}}. So you can put in the two colors, a caption or image, and the text of what you want it to say and it will display an infobox. Grunny (talk) 20:07, April 20, 2010 (UTC)
Signing you comments
Please sign your comments using only four tildes, like this: ~~~~. Not "~~~~Alexyodaross" or anything like that. It isn't that hard. Thanks. -- 1358 (Talk) 14:48, April 20, 2010 (UTC)
Your messages
I really don't appreciate the fact that you are continually leaving messages on my talk page. I've grown tired of it, and it's gotten extremely annoying. I'm going to ask you, politely, to stop doing so from now on. The occasional question is perfectly fine, but regularly bombarding my talk page with new posts is not. Thank you for your cooperation. Grand Moff Tranner (Comlink) 00:54, April 22, 2010 (UTC)

My user page
Hey Alex. I appreciate the fact that you corrected that spelling error on my user page, but could you please not do that again? It's no big deal, but as my user page is my space, I'd prefer to correct things myself. Thanks! Duchess Jade (Completely Coruscanti) 00:18, May 5, 2010 (UTC)

Well, as stated on the CSD template, there's apparently no reason to assume it's Koon's personal speeder. I haven't seen the episode, but I trust that whoever tagged it for deletion is correct. Chack Jadson (Talk) 21:25, May 5, 2010 (UTC)
Wikianswers
Whenever I log out on Wookieepedia Wikianswers Star Wars appears, and when I log in it's not there. So what's up with that?--Alexyodaross 03:10, May 13, 2010 (UTC)Alexyodaross
- I'd hazard that it has something to do with your preferences. Trak Nar Ramble on 03:36, May 13, 2010 (UTC)
Typo
Hey Alex. While I appreciate that you fixed a typo of mine, I would like to remind that it is not suitable to edit other's comments, regardless of how badly spelled they are. Cheers. -- 1358 (Talk) 17:32, May 16, 2010 (UTC)
KB threads
Please read the KB rules before creating another thread. If you fail to do so, you may be blocked. Grand Moff Tranner (Comlink) 23:40, May 16, 2010 (UTC)
- Some don't, because they violate either rule 1 or 11. For example, the specific KB thread I deleted (in which you asked what vehicle Anakin took to the Chancellor's office) could be answered by reading a few different articles. Grand Moff Tranner

RE: Images of A6 Juggernauts
If adding images to categories, you need to add [[Category:Categoryname]] to the file itself rather than place a copy of it in the category page. Also, make sure something is relevant before tossing together a category. — Fiolli {Alpheridies University ComNet} 21:09, May 19, 2010 (UTC)

Unsourced information
Please do not add unsourced information to articles nominated for either good or featured article status. If you find a source for the trooper's affliation with the 41st Elite Corps, however, you are free to re-add it, as long as you source it. Cheers. -- 1358 (Talk) 13:46, June 1, 2010 (UTC)
Unsigned comments
Hello. Once a comment of yours has been marked as unsigned by someone else, please do not replace the {{Unsigned}} template with an actual signature, particularly after further comments have been made by others. Doing so causes an incorrect timestamp to be placed on the comment, making the thread confusing to follow. Thanks. —Master Jonathan (Jedi Council Chambers) 23:40, June 8, 2010 (UTC)
Moving Pages
When moving a page, make sure you use the actual move function, rather than just creating a new page under a new name and copy-pasting the article content. By using the move function, the page's history is saved. For more information, please see Help:Moving a page. Thank you. Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 23:42, September 8, 2010 (UTC)
- Also, do you have a valid source for Lock's number being CC-4142? If so, then the page can be moved; otherwise it will have to remain where it is for now. Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 23:45, September 8, 2010 (UTC)
- As you have been told before, creating a new page is not the correct way to move a page. Read the link above about page moving. All attempts to create a new article will be deleted. Also, please be sure to provide a source for the change in name. - Cavalier One
(Squadron channel) 00:04, September 9, 2010 (UTC)
- Please do what we have told you to do now multiple times, and use the "move" function. A special page will appear that shows the current title of the article and a space for you to type in the new title, as well as a space for the reason you are moving the page. Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 02:25, September 9, 2010 (UTC)

Spaces
Hey, Alexyodaross, please try to not add any spaces after the infobox. Since it's not proper formatting, it's generally frown upon. JangFett (Talk) 03:23, September 9, 2010 (UTC)
Trivia
Please do not add trivia, like the fact that one droid resembles another, to Wookieepedia, as it is unnecessary and is restricted by policy. It isn't our job to list all possible connections between Star Wars subjects when they have not been properly clarified. Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 01:34, September 12, 2010 (UTC)

Battle of Kamino
Please refrain from assuming that the First Battle of Kamino is the one that appears in "ARC Troopers" until it is properly confirmed. If you know of a source that verifies the battles to be the same, then it would be much appreciated if you did. Your cooperation is appreciated. CC7567 (talk) 07:22, September 15, 2010 (UTC)
Signing your posts
Once again, as this is continually slipping your mind, please sign your posts. This is how you sign a post; you type four (4) tildes (~~~~). No more. No adding your name at the end. No adding your name before it. Just ~~~~. That is all. When you type a post, you sign your posts with four (4) tildes (~~~~), like this: ~~~~ Remember to sign your posts every time you post, with four (4) tildes (~~~~) like so: ~~~~ The tilde key is located to the immediate left of the 1 in the number row (not the pad, the row) above the first "QWERTY" row on your keyboard. Hit that key, the ~ key, the key beside the 1 on the left, hit it four (4) times. That is how to sign your posts. Please remember to sign your posts. Thanks.
