Collected info from nolive Sabotage episode guide to add to Russo's page

  • From page on ep. guide titled: 'Sabotage: Sneak Attack on the Jedi! About' (more specifically, the "Relationships" on the episode guide home page)
    • Jedi Temple: "Public opinion has soured on the Jedi Order as the Clone Wars continue at such a grave cost to the Republic. A shocking act of terrorism against the Jedi Temple proves how fragile the image of the Jedi as benevolent protectors has become."
    • Russo: "Helping Ahsoka Tano with her investigation is Russo-ISC. This no-nonsense analysis droid can tap into the security systems of the Jedi Temple and review hundreds of hours of holographic security footage far faster than any Jedi could."
    • Ahsoka Tano: Ahsoka has a hard time believing that it may be a Jedi behind the bombing. She tries to keep an open mind as she works closely with a crime scene analysis droid to assemble the truth behind the terrorist strike.
    • Cin Drallig: "The bombing at the Jedi Temple causes great alarm. Cin Drallig, head of security, is most concerned at how vulnerable the Order has become."
    • Letta Turmond: "At first, it seems Letta Turmond wants to help investigation into the bombing of the Jedi Temple, since her husband Jackar Bowmani has been implicated. But it soon becomes clear that Letta has her own agenda, and is perhaps being helped by allies unseen."

Letta Turmond's entry from the Encyclopedia

Letta's Description

  • "Hardened by a life in the working class levels of Coruscant, Letta Turmond had a jaundiced view of the Jedi Order and the leadership of the Galactic Republic. Her husband, Jackar Bowmani, was a technician who worked in the Jedi Temple, and devoted his life to supporting the Order. With the outbreak of the Clone Wars, Bowmani's expertise was used to arm Republic gunships, and it galled Letta to see what was once an institution of peace and justice transformed into an instrument of war. She became an activist opposed to the Jedi involvement of the war, but her beliefs were so radical that they apparently crossed the line into terrorism, when she sacrificed her own husband to launch a deadly strike against the Temple in a stark display of protest."

Relationships on Letta's Encyclopedia page

  • Jedi Order: "Public opinion of the Jedi Order soured considerably as the Clone Wars dragged on and the Senate kept funneling more and more resources into the conflict. Though the Jedi never sought to be soldiers, they had no choice but to take stewardship of the clone army when it became evident that the Separatists were mounting for all-out war."
  • Jedi Temple: "Letta Turmond's husband, Jackar Bowmani, worked in the Jedi Temple hangar, where he applied his expertise in munitions and nano-technology in maintaining the weapons systems of the Republic gunships. Turmond exploited Jackar's inside access to the Temple, gruesomely turning the unwitting mechanic into a deadly explosive."
  • Russo: "Aiding Ahsoka and Anakin in the investigation of the Jedi Temple hangar bombing was the crime scene analyzer droid Russo-ISC. The visor-equipped sleuth was able to find traces of Jackar Bowmani's remains at the blast site, which led to the discovery of nano-droid explosives."

Relationships on Russo's Encyclopedia entry

  • Russo: On the image at top (the same one that appears in StarWars-DatabankII Crime Scene Analysis Droid in the Databank (backup link)), the caption at the bottom left alternates between: "Crime Scene Investigator," "Visored Detective" and "YEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHH"
    • Newer sources do not use the same wording but say things that mean the equivalent, including Sabotage itself. Therefore, citing from episode itself.
  • Anakin Skywalker: "Though Anakin was more open to the idea that a Jedi might have committed the crime than Ahsoka was, he nonetheless rejected Russo-ISC's suggestion that marginalized Jedi involvement in the interrogations. Skywalker was determined to get to the bottom of things."
  • Ahsoka Tano: "While investigating a shocking bombing of the Jedi Temple, Ahsoka Tano was paired with Russo-ISC. The droid recommended that he alone interrogate witnesses and survivors, because the possibility the attack was carried out by a rogue Jedi unsettled everyone."
  • Jocasta Nu: "Other resources available to Jedi detectives include the vast trove of research material available in the Jedi Temple Archives, tended to by the fastidious librarian, Madame Jocasta Nu."
  • Jedi Temple: "The Jedi Temple maintained cutting edge analysis equipment and facilities to help Jedi Knights in their investigations. While searching for clues as to the identity of Senator Amidala's would-be assassin prior to the Clone Wars, Obi-Wan Kenobi made full use of the Temple's decontaminated clean room analysis chambers."
  • Jedi Order: "The modern Jedi Order's role as guardians and peacekeepers has extended to crime-prevention and detective work. But such services have been overshadowed by their new duty as military commanders -- a role in which the Jedi have never felt comfortable."

Russo and Ahsoka talk with Pantoran witness

Aurebesh translations

AhsokaRussoPantoran-Sabotage
  • In Sabotage,
    • Russo-ISC's datapad says "JACKAR BOWMANI". "LOCATION": "JEDI TEMPLE". SEX": "MALE". "J-OP". This is the same info on the image --File:AhsokaRussoPantoran-Sabotage.png--.

Sabotage quote between the Pantoran witness and Ahsoka in full

  • For if I shorten quote to just "I believe it was Jackar Bowmani."
  • May want to shorten as Russo doesn't speak, just listens.
"I believe it was Jackar Bowmani."
"Jackar Bowmani. Who is Jackar?"
"One of the maintenance crew in the hangar."
"Why do you think it was him?"
"I passed him as I was going on my shift change. He... he had been working all morning in the section the blast came from. It was the last place I saw him."
―The Pantoran witness reveals to Tano and Russo his presumed suspect.[1]

Sabotage quote between Pantoran and Ahsoka alternate shortened version

"I believe it was Jackar Bowmani."
"Jackar Bowmani. Who is Jackar?"
"One of the maintenance crew in the hangar."

Other notes

Russo: An Unexpected Discovery

Legacy

"Within the temple launch facilities, a nanodroid-triggered bomb killed twelve crew members, eight clones, six Jedi and wounded dozens more. This sensor composite of the crime scene was assembled by combining data from security sensors as well as efficiency and safety monitors that covered the hangar facility. These streams of data were holographically projected over the bombing site so a detailed, in-context analysis of the explosion could be conducted. Investigators could walk through varying points of the bomb site, and throttle backward and forward in the timeline, to piece together the chain of events. In this way, crime scene analyzer Russo-ISC along with Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and Commander Tano were able to confirm the bomb originated inside the body of compromised crew member Jackar Bowmani, a munitions expert cleared for access."
―Exantor Divo catalouged Russo, Skywalker and Tano's bombing investigation in Scum and Villainy: Case Files on the Galaxy's Most Notorious[7]
  • Scum and Villainy also says Russo, Ahsoka and Anakin used this to confirm bomb originated inside compromised crew member (Bowmani's) body, "a munitions expert cleared for access."[7] -Not used on Russo's page as "Sabotage" effectively says this in similar words and they don't flow together. Similar wording already used on Bowmani's page.
