Coruscant in the Databank (backup link) the page and History Gallery discusses Russo, Anakin and Ahsoka's investigation and Turmond's capture. Russo was not mentioned.
Star Wars Helmet Collection: Jango Fett Databank A-Z: 'Occupier' Tank–Oola mentioned Barriss and Letta worked together to bomb Temple, Jedi deaths and Barriss framing Ahsoka. No other characters or aspects of bombing mentioned.

Scum and Villainy also says Russo, Ahsoka and Anakin used this to confirm bomb originated inside compromised crew member (Bowmani's) body, "a munitions expert cleared for access."[7] -Not used on Russo's page as "Sabotage" effectively says this in similar words and they don't flow together. Similar wording already used on Bowmani's page.
