Darth Azard

Darth Azard was a male Quarren Sith Lord of the One Sith, serving under Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt and his Empire. By 137 ABY, Azard had been selected to oversee the Imperial Outer Rim Third Fleet, which was tasked with capturing commander of the Galactic Alliance Core Fleet Gar Stazi. Azard executed Kel Dor Admiral Sha Dun, who was commanding the fleet, for failing in his objective, and replaced him with the Human Admiral Dru Valan.

In response to the Mon Calamari aiding Gar Stazi in the capture of the new Imperious-class Star Destroyer Imperious, Darth Krayt traveled to Dac with a number of Sith Lords, including Darth Azard, to exact his revenge. Azard participated in the massacre of the Mon Calamari Council, where he killed many of his fellow Quarren. In the aftermath of the massacre, Azard pursued the escaping members of Rogue Squadron who had been involved in the plan to capture the Imperious. The Rogues were being rescued by Imperial Knights Treis Sinde and Sigel Dare, who were on a mission for Emperor-in-exile Roan Fel. Azard dueled Master Treis Sinde, which distracted the Quarren long enough for the members of Rogue Squadron and Sigel Dare to escape.

Despite his failure to stop the Rogues' escape, Darth Azard was appointed to oversee the extermination of the Mon Calamari people. With the aid of Sith scientist Vul Isen, Azard awoke a Sea Leviathan in the depths of Dac. A semi-sentient bio-weapon created via Sith Alchemy, the Leviathan had been adapted to undersea use. Azard and Isen sent the Leviathan to exterminate the Mon Calamari refugees who were hiding and by doing so draw out the Mon Calamari Rangers led by Treis Sinde, who had been fighting against the Sith. Azard and Isen followed the Leviathan as it led the way to the base of the Mon Calamari Rangers. During the ensuing battle, the Sith's Aquatic Terrain Armored Transport was crippled when it was rammed by one of the Mon Calamari. Isen managed to avoid serious injury, but Azard was pinned to his chair. To Azard's surprise, Isen used the Quarren's lightsaber to free him, and the two swam toward the surface. Darth Maleval

Darth Maleval was a male Quarren Sith Lord of the One Sith, serving under Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt and his Empire, after Krayt deposed Galactic Emperor Roan Fel. By 137 ABY, many units, such as the 908th Stormtrooper Division, had defected to Emperor-in-exile Fel during the Second Imperial Civil War. To ensure the loyalty of Krayt's troops, Maleval was given command of the 407th Stormtrooper Division, which was based on the planet Yinchorr, as they attempted to recapture the base of the 908th on Borosk.

When the Battle of Borosk broke out, Maleval led the 407th division in recapturing the base and ensuring the complete destruction of the 908th down to the last man. After the battle, Maleval ordered Lieutenant Gil Cassel of the 407th to kill his brother, Captain Jared Cassel of the 908th, who had defected to Fel. Maleval killed both Cassel brothers when Gil refused, causing trooper Hondo Karr, of the 407th's Joker Squad, to attack Maleval. Before he could execute Karr, Maleval was shot and killed from behind by another trooper, Anson Trask. The surviving members of Joker Squad covered up the event in the report to their superiors, stating that Maleval had been killed in battle, and that Karr was vaporized in an explosion, allowing Karr to leave the Empire and later join the unified fragments of the Galactic Alliance military, the Galactic Alliance Remnant. Acaadi

Acaadi was a Zabrak male Jedi during the time of the Galactic Republic's war against the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders. During the war, he served alongside fellow Zabrak Duqua Dar, allying himself with the Revanchists—a group of Jedi led by then-Jedi Knight Revan—who went against the orders of the Jedi Council and took an active role in the war. Revan led the Republic forces during the war but came to accept Sith teachings in the process. Acaadi's dedication to Revan likewise eventually turned him to the dark side, and he became a Sith agent at the start of the Jedi Civil War, which began when Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Revan and his apprentice Darth Malak led an invasion of the Republic. While working as a Sith agent, Acaadi developed a reputation as a skilled corrupter of Jedi and Republic citizens.

On Iridonia, Acaadi was tasked with sabotaging Republic forces on and in orbit of the planet, in preparation for a Sith raid against the Republic fleet there. He infiltrated a group of Mandalorian mercenaries, using them to destroy a Republic communications center, and later in a plot to turn Duqua Dar to the dark side. Acaadi was pursued by a group of Jedi and spacers working as agents for the Republic, who attempted to thwart his plans. The Republic agents followed Acaadi to the flagship of the Republic fleet, the Hammerhead-class cruiser Champion of Iridonia, which was situated in orbit. There, they engaged Acaadi, as well as a team of Sith commandos under his command, with the fate of the Republic fleet hanging in the balance. (Read more...)

Form VII (co-project with Atarumaster88)

Form VII: Juyo / Vaapad, also known as The Way of the Vornskr, or The Ferocity Form, was the seventh of seven forms recognized as canon for lightsaber combat by the last Jedi Council of the Old Jedi Order. In use millennia prior to the Battle of Yavin, the Juyo incarnation of Form VII was described as the most vicious form of lightsaber combat and was said to involve significant internal focus on the part of the user. Juyo had many practitioners throughout the years, including Jedi Masters Kavar, Zez-Kai Ell, and Vrook Lamar. As time passed, knowledge of Form VII became restricted among the Jedi Order, who were worried that its precepts would lead practitioners toward the dark side. In contrast, members of the Sith, such as Darth Maul, employed Juyo without reservation, as did Dark Jedi such as Galen Marek.

In the latter days of the Old Republic, a new variation of Form VII, dubbed Vaapad after a creature native to the planet Sarapin, was created by Jedi Masters Mace Windu and Sora Bulq. Vaapad was explained as being a state of mind rather than just a fighting style, allowing the wielder to channel his own inner darkness into the duel, and accept the fury of the opponent. Windu, Bulq, and Windu's Padawan Depa Billaba were three notable practitioners of the Vaapad variant. Records of both Juyo and Vaapad survived the Great Jedi Purge and were recovered by the New Jedi Order, who preserved the records of Form VII into the Sith-Imperial War. (Read more...)

Duqua Dar

Duqua Dar was a Zabrak male Jedi Knight in the time of the Galactic Republic's war against the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders, which began in 3,976 BBY. During the war, he served alongside fellow Zabrak Acaadi, allying himself with the Revanchists—a group of Jedi led by then-Jedi Knight Revan—who went against the orders of the Jedi Council and took an active role in the war. Revan led the Republic forces during the war but came to accept Sith teachings in the process.

At the start of the Jedi Civil War, which began when Darth Revan, by then a Dark Lord of the Sith, and his apprentice Darth Malak led an invasion of the Republic in 3,959 BBY, Dar was fighting the remaining Mandalorians on his homeworld Iridonia. When Dar intercepted a group of Mandalorian mercenaries who had attacked a Republic communications center on the planet, he was aided by Acaadi, now a Sith agent, who used the encounter to persuade Dar to join him and the Sith. Dar and Acaadi traveled to the nearby town of Wortan, pursued by a group of Jedi and spacers working as agents for the Republic, who attempted to thwart Acaadi's plans. Tracking them back to Acaadi's personal hangar, the Republic agents attempted to convince Dar to reject the dark side, before being attacked by a number of Sith commandos under Acaadi's command. Relentless (Pellaeon-class)

The Relentless was a Pellaeon-class Star Destroyer which served as the flagship of Darth Krayt's Outer Rim Third Fleet seven years after the Dark Lord of the Sith deposed Galactic Emperor Roan Fel at the end of the Empire's war with the Galactic Alliance. Under the command of Kel Dor Admiral Sha Dun, the fleet had been tasked with capturing Admiral Gar Stazi—the commander of the Galactic Alliance Core Fleet—as well as destroying the unified fragments of the Alliance military.

Despite many minor victories, Dun failed to stop Stazi's attacks, and was executed for his failure on the command deck of the Relentless by Darth Azard, the Sith Lord who oversaw the Third Fleet. Dun was replaced with the Humanocentric Admiral Dru Valan, and under his command, the Relentless saw further action against the Alliance forces above the planet Dac. The battle above Dac resulted in another loss to Stazi, and the Alliance forces captured the Advanced Star Destroyer Imperious, which was under construction at the planet's shipyards. Though the Relentless survived the battle, the Third Fleet was devastated. Disgraced, Valan gave command of the Relentless to the vessel's captain, Hoge, and retired to his quarters to contemplate suicide. (Read more...)

Hosk Trey'lis

Hosk Trey'lis, a male Bothan Jedi Knight and healer, was one of the Jedi who worked on the Ossus Project—the project to have the Yuuzhan Vong terraform the worlds that had been ravaged by their invasion of the galaxy. After the project was sabotaged in 127 ABY by the One Sith, who had allied themselves with the Fel Empire, a war broke out between the Empire and the Alliance. Trey'lis managed to avoid the massacre of the Jedi Order on Ossus at the end of the Sith-Imperial War, and spent the next seven years on the run. In 137 ABY, Trey'lis was waiting in Brogar's cantina on the planet Lok for transport offworld when bounty hunter and former Jedi Cade Skywalker, along with fellow hunters Jariah Syn and Deliah Blue, burst into the cantina, seeking to capture the gambler Naxy Screeger. Trey'lis believed the bounty hunters were after him, and attempted to flee. Recognizing the Bothan was a Jedi, the hunters captured Trey'lis, and he was turned over to the Sith for the bounty cast upon living Jedi.

In the Temple of the Sith on the galactic captial of Coruscant, Trey'lis was tortured and interrogated by Darth Maladi, the head of Sith Intelligence and Assassination. Unable to resist her ruthless interrogation and torture techniques, Trey'lis eventually told her everything he knew about young Skywalker, whom Emperor Darth Krayt, the reigning Dark Lord of the Sith, sought for his healing ability. After having a vision of the Bothan, Skywalker traveled to Coruscant to rescue Trey'lis, only to get captured himself. A week later, after pretending to join Krayt and receiving training as a Sith, Skywalker attempted another rescue, but was once again thwarted. Both Trey'lis and Skywalker were taken to Krayt's chambers, where the Dark Lord attempted to convince Skywalker to kill the Bothan as a show of devotion to the Sith. Not wanting to be used as a weapon, Trey'lis pleaded with Skywalker not to turn to the dark side. Krayt then struck the Bothan down, and Trey'lis's body disappeared as he became one with the Force. Darth Stryfe

Darth Stryfe was a male Human and a member of the One Sith Order led by Darth Krayt, a Dark Lord of the Sith. Eventually rising to the rank of Sith Lord, Stryfe served Krayt after the deposing of Emperor Roan Fel at the end of the Sith-Imperial War. In the time of the ensuing conflict, he was selected to be Krayt's Fist, the head of the Empire's military. In 137 ABY, Stryfe oversaw a search for Jedi in the academy on the planet Ossus, and ordered its destruction. In that same year, after Krayt's Hands, Darth Nihl and Darth Talon, let former Jedi Cade Skywalker—who Krayt sought for his healing ability—escape the Sith Temple on the galactic capital of Coruscant, Stryfe was named Krayt's new Hand to replace Nihl.

The Sith discovered that Skywalker and his companions had attacked an Imperial outpost on the Deep Core world of Had Abbadon, and that among them was the spirit of the ancient Sith Lord Karness Muur. After Muur requested a meeting with Krayt, Stryfe was among those Krayt took with him to Had Abbadon. Discovering they had walked into a trap, the Sith engaged Skywalker and his allies. The Sith were defeated and Stryfe's body was recovered by Krayt's most trusted advisor Darth Wyyrlok, who placed the Human Sith Lord in a bacta tank. Unbeknownst to Stryfe, Wyyrlok had killed Krayt after the battle, deciding that the Dark Lord needed to die in order for Krayt's vision of the Sith to live. Taken to the XoXaan's Temple on the Sith homeworld of Korriban for further healing, Stryfe awoke to discover he could no longer feel his Lord Krayt in his mind, and was convinced his master was dead. However, Wyyrlok convinced Stryfe that Krayt still lived, and explained that he would be taking control of the Empire while their Lord recovered. Believing the deception, Stryfe swore he would give his support to the Chagrian Sith Lord. Together the two left for Coruscant to secure the throne and implement the next stage in Krayt's plan for a unified galaxy. (Read more...)

Steadfast (Ardent-class)

The Steadfast was an Ardent-class fast frigate in the service of Darth Krayt's Sith Empire during the Second Imperial Civil War, seven years after the Dark Lord overthrew Galactic Emperor Roan Fel at the end of the Fel Empire's war with the Galactic Alliance. In 137 ABY, under the command of Captain Vaclen Tor, the Steadfast was assigned to the Coruscant Third Fleet, which had been tasked with protecting the strategically important planet of Ralltiir. That year, the fleet of the Galactic Alliance Remnant launched a surprise attack on Ralltiir, intending to capture as many of the Third Fleet's ships as possible. Under the command of Admiral Peto Kelsan, the Third Fleet engaged the Alliance forces until the Bastion Second Fleet, aligned with Emperor-in-exile Fel, arrived to bolster the Alliance fleet.

Facing overwhelming numbers, Kelsan surrendered the Third Fleet to Admiral Edouard Fenel, the commander of the Bastion Second Fleet. However, Tor declared from the command center of the Steadfast that he must decline to follow Kelsan's orders to surrender, as it was their duty to ensure the enemy did not capture their ships. In response, Fenel ordered the crew of the Steadfast to rise up and replace Tor, and when that failed, Fenel ordered his entire fleet to open fire on the Steadfast. Refusing to help fire on the now heavily damaged frigate, Kelsan instructed the crews of the Third Fleet to disregard his previous order and to initiate the self-destruct mechanisms on their ships, before using lifepods to evacuate to Ralltiir. When Fenel ordered his ships to fire on the lifepods of the Third Fleet, the commander of the Alliance fleet—Duros Admiral Gar Stazi—intervened, protecting the lifepods and escorting the Steadfast, as the frigate's lifepod and self-destruct systems had been damaged. After the battle, under orders from Stazi, Tor and the Steadfast crew were deposited on the surface of Ralltiir, and the Steadfast was given to Fel as a gift. (Read more...)

Fehlaaur'aitel'loro

Fehlaaur'aitel'loro, also known as Fehlaaur, was a male Chiss diplomat of the Chiss Ascendancy. He was the Ascendancy's liaison to the Fel Empire and was placed in the service of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps as a sign of solidarity between the two governments. In 127 ABY, when the Ascendancy received word of an impending conflict between the Empire and the Galactic Alliance, they attempted to recall Fehlaaur. To ensure the Ascendancy remained bound to the Empire, Emperor Roan Fel granted Fehlaaur the title of Moff, giving him a place on the Moff Council, and promoted him to director of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps.

At the end of the Sith-Imperial War, Fehlaaur was among the Moffs present when Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt deposed Roan Fel, and assumed the throne. During the proceeding Second Imperial Civil War, Fehlaaur continued to serve Krayt's Empire on the Moff Council. In 137 ABY, Krayt tasked the Moffs with devoting their resources to finding former Jedi Cade Skywalker, a descendant of the famous Grand Master Luke Skywalker. After the Sith succeeded in capturing Skywalker, the Moffs were ordered to return to their previously assigned tasks. Not content with being dismissed so easily, Grand Admiral Morlish Veed ordered Fehlaaur and the other Moffs to find out all they could about Skywalker, wanting to know where the former Jedi was, dead or alive.

Following the death of Darth Krayt at the hands of Skywalker and his allies, Fehlaaur and the High Moff Council met to discuss reports that Emperor-in-exile Fel had planned a secret meeting with the Jedi on the planet Agamar. Veed intended for the Empire to capture Fel at the meeting and ordered the Moffs to prepare their forces for immediate departure. (Read more...)

Dician

Dician, a female Human, was a Sith Lord and member of the One Sith, serving at the time of the Second Galactic Civil War. In 40 ABY, before the One Sith had revealed themselves to the galaxy, Dician acted as an agent operating away from the Sith world of Korriban. While doing so, she used a number of cover identities in order to hide her true affiliation from outsiders.

When the fallen Twi'lek Jedi Alema Rar contacted the One Sith to gain support for the new Sith Lord Darth Caedus, following the death of Dark Lady of the Sith Lumiya, Dician investigated the whereabouts of Rar as well as the potential threat she posed to the Order. Working undercover, Dician infiltrated the New Jedi Order by impersonating a Confederation intelligence agent, and she collected a considerable amount of information on Rar from the Jedi Order's own hunt for the Twi'lek. Presenting her findings to a conclave of Sith on Korriban, Dician convinced them to devote resources to locating Rar and destroying the asteroid residence of Darth Vectivus, which both Lumiya and Rar had inhabited. The conclave tasked Dician with the mission, ordering her to capture or kill Alema Rar.

Taking the heavily armed frigate Poison Moon to the asteroid's location, Dician engaged the renowned Millennium Falcon, which was also in the area, while she sent shuttles out to set up explosive charges on the asteroid. During the engagement, an ancient Sith Meditation Sphere, Ship, rose from the asteroid. Learning the meditation sphere was heading to the original Sith homeworld of Ziost, Dician ordered the destruction of the asteroid base before the Poison Moon headed to follow Ship. After arriving at Ziost, Dician contacted Ship and asked it to serve her; however, the meditation sphere refused. Angry at the dismissal, Dician ordered the Poison Moon to pick up the shuttle crews they had left behind at the asteroid base before returning to Korriban. (Read more...)

Lar Le'Ung

Jedi Master Lar Le'Ung, a male Pau'an, was a member of the New Jedi Order at the start of the Yuuzhan Vong War. In 25 ABY, he was stationed at the Jedi Praxeum on Yavin 4 when Prince Finn Galfridian was rescued from the subjugation of his homeworld of Artorias at the hands of the Yuuzhan Vong by Jedi Master Luke Skywalker and brought to the Praxeum for Jedi training. When the Jedi were requested to aid in the evacuation of the planet Rychel, which was under attack from the intergalactic invaders, Le'Ung was tasked with leading the New Republic troops against the Yuuzhan Vong.

The Yuuzhan Vong had deployed two siege creatures—Tu-Scart and Sgauru—and with Galfridian at his side, Le'Ung led the troops in an attempt to distract the creatures long enough for Skywalker to rescue the refugees. As the battle wore on, the Republic troops lost hope and began to run back to their ships. Le'Ung realized that Tu-Scart was emanating fear, and, knowing the refugees needed more time, he raised his lightsaber and called for his troops to hold. As he did so, the Pau'an was attacked from behind by a Yuuzhan Vong warrior who stabbed Le'Ung through the chest and hurled the Jedi Master into the open mouth of Tu-Scart. (Read more...)

Sayar Dun'La

Sayar Dun'La was a male Bothan Jedi healer present at the Jedi Order's Hidden Temple when it was visited by the bounty hunter Cade Skywalker in 137 ABY during the Second Imperial Civil War. Skywalker sought to gain the Jedi Council's assistance in assassinating the Emperor and Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt. The Council refused, however, choosing to pursue a potential alliance with the remnants of the Galactic Alliance and the forces of deposed Emperor Roan Fel. Dun'La, along with three other Jedi, was sent to meet with the leader of the Galactic Alliance Remnant, Admiral Gar Stazi. Yet during their discussions, a crewmember of Stazi's flagship, the Alliance, shot the Admiral, and the Alliance Fleet was attacked by Sith Imperial forces.

Rushing to aid Stazi, Dun'La took the Admiral to the ship's sickbay, where he treated him for his injuries while the Imperial fleet continued to pursue the Alliance forces through hyperspace. When Stazi woke, he refused to go into a bacta tank until he had spoken to his second-in-command, Captain Jhoram Bey. After Dun'La patched Stazi through to the bridge, the Admiral was able to provide Bey with the tactic needed to overcome the Sith Imperial fleet. Following the battle, Dun'La and the other Jedi were able to form a tentative pact with the Galactic Alliance Remnant. (Read more...)

Jae Akura

Jae "Storm" Akura, a Human male, was a starfighter pilot in the service of Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt's Empire during the Second Imperial Civil War. He flew in Captain Gunn Yage's Skull Squadron, a Predator-class fighter unit. In 137 ABY, Skull Squadron was stationed on the galactic capital of Coruscant when bounty hunter and former Jedi Cade Skywalker attempted to rescue the Bothan Jedi Knight Hosk Trey'lis from the Temple of the Sith. Given orders to capture Skywalker alive, Akura and the Skulls engaged the former Jedi's starship, the Mynock, in the skies of the planet until Skywalker managed to lose his pursuers in Coruscant's undercity.

Approximately a week later, Akura flew against the Mynock once again when a group of Skywalker's allies, including his mother, Moff Nyna Calixte—acting in disguise so she would not be recognized—piloted the ship as they attempted to rescue Skywalker from the Sith Temple, where he was being held captive. Just as the Skulls started to wear down the Mynock, they were given orders to abort the mission by Captain Yage's father, Moff Rulf Yage. Akura was disappointed by the orders, since he would have liked to capture a Skywalker. After the death of Emperor Darth Krayt, Akura and the Skulls were stationed aboard the Pellaeon-class Star Destroyer War Hammer as part of a mission to capture Emperor-in-exile Roan Fel while he attempted to meet with members of the Jedi Order on the planet Agamar to discuss a possible alliance against the Sith. Martio Batch

Martio Batch was an Imperial officer who rose through the ranks to become one of the twelve Grand Admirals of the Galactic Empire appointed by Emperor Palpatine during an elaborate New Year's Fete Week ceremony two years before the Battle of Yavin. Batch disliked the Imperial court politics that his fellow Grand Admirals reveled in, and as a result of his low profile, he earned the nickname the "invisible admiral." Following the Imperial defeat at the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, the Emperor tasked Batch with designing a fool-proof cloaking device that would catch the Rebel Alliance off-guard and ensure the Empire's ultimate victory. Batch spent years aboard the Imdaar Alpha research station trying to develop the cloaking device, using hibridium to develop an experimental cloak. His efforts, however, suffered from a fatal flaw; while the cloaked ship would be invisible, the pilot would be unable to see out.

Around 3 ABY, Batch abandoned his hibridium-based design and attempted to recreate the successful stygium cloaking screen used in cloaked ships in the past. Batch diverted the Empire's new Tarkin superweapon to the planet Aeten II, where the stygium crystals required for the cloak had been mined before the supply ran dry, and used the weapon's powerful superlaser to shatter the planet, releasing millions of free-floating crystals from the planet's core. Now that he had crystals at his disposal, the Grand Admiral easily recreated the stygium screen, and the Empire began fitting modified V38 assault fighters with the technology. Following extensive testing, Batch's new cloaked TIE Phantoms were soon ordered into full production. However, the Rebel Alliance had discovered the project. During an operation to acquire one of the TIE Phantoms, the Rebels managed to destroy the Imdaar Alpha research facility, as well as all the cloaked fighters and the cloaking technology in the process. Batch survived the attack and fled to the Outer Rim Territories with his remaining ships. However, his crew soon turned on him, assassinating the Grand Admiral before joining renegade Warlord Harrsk's new splinter kingdom in the Deep Core. (Read more...)

Force speed

Force speed, also known as burst of speed, was a core Force power that allowed the user to maintain sprinting speeds for a brief time. Greater aptitude granted greater boosts to speed and/or greater duration. The power also apparently enabled the user to run for extended distances with no visible signs of fatigue. (Read more...)

In the aftermath of the massacre, pursued the escaping members Rogue Squadron who had been involved in the plan to capture the Imperious. The Rogues were being rescued by Imperial Knights Treis Sinde and Sigel Dare, who had been sent by Emperor-in-exile Roan Fel to warn Gar Stazi that they had sabotaged the Imperious. Azard dueled Master Treis Sinde, which distracted Azard long enough for the members of Rogue Squadron and Sigel Dare to escape.

Despite his failure to stop the Rogues' escape, Darth Azard was appointed to oversee the extermination of the Mon Calamari people. With the aid of Sith scientist Vul Isen, Azard awoke a Sea Leviathan in the depths of Dac. The semi-sentient bio-weapon which was the product of Sith Alchemy, the Leviathan had been adapted to undersea use. Azard and Isen sent the Leviathan to exterminate the Mon Calamari refugees who were hiding and by doing so draw out the Mon Calamari Rangers who had been fighting against the Sith. (Read more...)

Darth Maleval

Darth Maleval was a male Quarren Sith Lord of the One Sith, serving under Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt and his Empire, after Krayt deposed Galactic Emperor Roan Fel. By 137 ABY, many units such as the 908th Stormtrooper Division had defected to Emperor-in-exile Roan Fel during the Second Imperial Civil War. To ensure the loyalty of Krayt's troops, Darth Maleval was given command of the 407th Stormtrooper Division, which was based on the planet Yinchorr, as they attempted to recapture the base of the 908th on Borosk. When the Battle of Borosk broke out, Maleval led the 407th division in recapturing the base and ensuring the complete destruction of the 908th down to the last man. After the battle, Maleval ordered Lieutenant Gil Cassel of the 407th to kill his brother, Captain Jared Cassel of the 908th, who had defected to Fel. Maleval killed both Cassel brothers when Gil refused, leading trooper Hondo Karr, of the 407th's Joker Squad, into attacking Maleval. Before he could execute Karr, Maleval was shot and killed from behind by another trooper, Anson Trask. The event was covered up in the report to the superiors, stating that Darth Maleval had been killed in battle, and that Hondo Karr was vaporized in an explosion, allowing Karr to leave the Empire and later join the unified fragments of the Galactic Alliance military, the Galactic Alliance Remnant. T'Teknulp

T'Teknulp was a male Chadra-Fan Jedi General during the Clone Wars who fought in many perilous battles. When the planet Farquar III aligned with the Separatists, the Republic sent its forces to destroy a Droid Factory on the world, giving T'Teknulp command of a division of clone troopers. During the Battle of Farquar III, T'Teknulp and his division were en route to reinforce General Obi-Wan Kenobi and his 7th Sky Corps when they encountered enemy forces in planetary orbit. T'Teknulp did not survive the engagement, and Kenobi was forced to continue the battle unaided. (Read more...)

Dician

Dician was a dark-skinned female Human and member of the One Sith, serving during the time of the Second Galactic Civil War. In 40 ABY, before the One Sith had revealed themselves to the galaxy, Dician acted as an agent operating away from the Sith world of Korriban. She would use a number of cover identities to hide her true self from outsiders, while working to further the Order's agenda.

When fallen Jedi Alema Rar contacted the One Sith after the death of Dark Lady of the Sith Lumiya, Dician investigated the whereabouts of Rar as well as the threat she posed to the Order, working undercover to hide her true nature from the New Jedi Order. Presenting her findings to a conclave of Sith on Korriban, Dician convinced them to devote resources to locating Rar and destroying the asteroid residence of Darth Vectivus, which both Lumiya and Rar had inhabited. Taking the heavily armed frigate Poison Moon to the asteroid's location, Dician engaged the renowned Millennium Falcon which was also in the area, while she sent shuttles out to set up explosive charges on the asteroid. During the engagement, the ancient Sith Meditation Sphere that Rar had piloted to Korriban, Ship, rose from the asteroid. Learning the meditation sphere was heading to the original Sith homeworld of Ziost, Dician ordered the destruction of the asteroid base before the Poison Moon headed to Ziost so they could capture the meditation sphere. Toile Senn

Toile Senn was a male Rodian Jedi Knight of the New Jedi Order who served in the time after the Yuuzhan Vong War. In 40 ABY, when the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances discovered the rebellious Corellian government was secretly building a fleet, Senn was one of the Jedi sent on the mission to bring Corellia in line—Operation Roundabout. He was assigned to Jedi Grand Master Luke Skywalker's Hardpoint Squadron, and flew an XJ6 X-wing in the Jedi-only unit. As the squadron was attempting to extract other Jedi teams who were on Corellia as part of the operation, Hardpoint Squadron was assaulted by a ground-based anti-starfighter barrage. Senn's snubfighter was heavily damaged, forcing him to eject into a nearby explosion, ending the Rodian's life. (Read more...)

Elke Vetter

Elke Vetter was a female Human Imperial Knight who served the Fel Empire before Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt deposed Emperor Roan Fel at the end of the Sith-Imperial War. In the proceeding conflict, Vetter served as the bodyguard of Fel's daughter, Princess Marasiah Fel, as she acted as her father's emissary to discover which Imperial officers remained loyal to him. More than just Marasiah's bodyguard, Vetter was also the princess's master and friend, teaching her the ways of the Imperial Knights.

In 137 ABY, Vetter was on Socorro, while the princess hid in an Imperial Mission temple. They were ambushed by Sith Lord Darth Talon, who had recently been promoted to the position of Krayt's Hand. In order to buy time for the princess's escape, Vetter dueled with Talon, however she was defeated by the Sith. Talon then used the Force to interrogate Vetter, learning vital information before killing her with Force lightning. (Read more...)

Fehlaaur'aitel'loro

Fehlaaur'aitel'loro, also known as Fehlaaur, was a male Chiss diplomat and liaison to the Fel Empire from the Chiss Ascendancy, who was placed in the service of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps as a sign of solidarity between the two governments. In 127 ABY, when the Ascendancy received word of an impending conflict between the Empire and the Galactic Alliance, they attempted to recall Fehlaaur. To ensure the Ascendancy remained bound to the Empire, Emperor Roan Fel granted Fehlaaur the title of Moff, giving him a place on the Moff Council, and promoted him to Director of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps.

At the end of the Sith-Imperial War, Fehlaaur was among the Moffs present when Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt deposed Roan Fel, and assumed the throne. During the proceeding Second Imperial Civil War, Fehlaaur continued to serve Krayt's Empire on the Moff Council. In 137 ABY, Krayt tasked the Moffs with devoting their resources to finding former Jedi Cade Skywalker, a descendant of the famous Grand Master Luke Skywalker. After the Sith succeeded in capturing Skywalker, the Moffs were ordered to return to their previously assigned tasks. Not content with being dismissed so easily, Grand Admiral Morlish Veed ordered Fehlaaur and the other Moffs to find out all they could about Skywalker, wanting to know where the former Jedi was, dead or alive. The Imperious was a Pellaeon-class Star Destroyer in the service of the Fel Empire during the years leading up to the Empire's war with the Galactic Alliance, fought from 127 ABY to 130 ABY. The Imperious served as Grand Admiral Morlish Veed's flagship at the last major engagement of the war, the Battle of Caamas, in 130 ABY, and was later the place of meeting between Veed, Moff Nyna Calixte, and Sith Lord Darth Maladi, as they discussed plans for the future of the Empire. Darth Stryfe

Darth Stryfe was a male Human and a member of the One Sith Order led by Darth Krayt, a Dark Lord of the Sith. Eventually rising to the rank of Sith Lord, Stryfe served Krayt after the deposing of Emperor Roan Fel at the end of the Sith-Imperial War. In the time of the ensuing conflict, the Second Imperial Civil War, he was selected to be Krayt's Fist, the head of the Empire's military. In 137 ABY, Stryfe oversaw a search for Jedi in the academy on Ossus, and ordered its destruction. In that same year, after Krayt's Hands, Darth Nihl and Darth Talon, let former Jedi Cade Skywalker, who Krayt sought for his healing ability, escape the Sith Temple on Coruscant, Stryfe was named Krayt's new Hand to replace Nihl.

The Sith discovered Skywalker and his companions had attacked an Imperial outpost on Had Abbadon, and that among them was the spirit of the ancient Sith Lord Karness Muur. After Muur requested a meeting with Krayt, Stryfe was among those Krayt took with him to Had Abbadon. Discovering they had walked into a trap, the Sith engaged Skywalker and his allies. Stryfe dueled with Skywalker, however, he was defeated when he was forced into an explosion set off by one of Skywalker's companions. Unable to continue the battle, Stryfe was unable to save Krayt from being defeated by the Jedi Celeste Morne, who was possessed by the spirit of Karness Muur. After the battle was over, Stryfe's body was recovered by Krayt's most trusted advisor Darth Wyyrlok, who placed Stryfe in a bacta tank. Unbeknownst to Stryfe, Wyyrlok discovered that Darth Krayt was alive, and deciding that the Dark Lord needed to die in order for Krayt's vision of the Sith to live, he killed his master.

Taken to the XoXaan's Temple on Korriban, Stryfe was once again placed within a bacta tank in the Temple's Healing Chambers. Stryfe awoke to discover he could no longer feel his Lord Krayt in his mind, and was convinced his master was dead. Breaking free of his tank, Stryfe rushed to the Stasis Room where Krayt's body was located. Stryfe found the entry blocked by a young female Chagrian Sith apprentice, Saarai, and when she refused to allow him to enter, Stryfe attacked her; after a brief fight, the Chagrian managed to subdue him using the Force. Having finished preparing Krayt's stasis chamber, Darth Wyyrlok appeared, stopped the fight, and took Stryfe down to the chamber. Convincing Stryfe that Krayt still lived, Wyyrlok explained that he would be taking control of the Empire while their Lord recovered. Believing the deception, Stryfe swore he would give his support to the Chagrian Sith Lord. Together the two left for Coruscant to secure the throne and implement the next stage in Krayt's plan for a unified galaxy. (Read more...)

Darth Ruyn

Darth Ruyn was an aged male Twi'lek Sith Lord who served Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt and his One Sith. He instructed several apprentices in the Sith arts, including the female Twi'lek Darth Talon. In 137 ABY, seven years after Krayt deposed Galactic Emperor Roan Fel and established his Sith Empire on the galaxy, Ruyn completed Talon's training and presented his apprentice to his Lord. As Talon's final test, Krayt commanded her to kill Ruyn, whom she respected and cared for, but task she nevertheless completed without hesitation. (Read more...)

Duqua Dar

Duqua Dar was a Zabrak male Jedi Knight during the time of the Galactic Republic's war against the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders, which began in 3,976 BBY. During the war, he served alongside fellow Zabrak Acaadi, allying himself with the Revanchists—a group of Jedi led by then-Jedi Knight Revan—who went against the orders of the Jedi Council and took an active role in the war. Revan led the Republic forces during the war but came to accept Sith teachings in the process.

At the start of the Jedi Civil War, which began when Darth Revan, by then a Dark Lord of the Sith, and his apprentice Darth Malak led an invasion of the Republic in 3,959 BBY, Dar was fighting the remaining Mandalorians on his homeworld Iridonia. When Dar intercepted a group of Mandalorian mercenaries who had attacked a Republic communications center on the planet, he was aided by Acaadi, now a Sith agent, who used the encounter to persuade Dar to join him and the Sith. Dar and Acaadi traveled to the nearby town of Wortan, pursued by a group of Jedi and spacers working as agents for the Republic, who attempted to thwart Acaadi's plans. Tracking them back to Acaadi's personal hangar, the Republic agents attempted to convince Dar to reject the dark side, before being attacked by a number of Sith commandos under Acaadi's command. Sha Dun

Sha Dun was a male Kel Dor who held the rank of admiral in the Imperial Navy during the Second Imperial Civil War—the insurrection against the Sith-controlled Empire led by Emperor-in-exile Roan Fel. By 137 ABY, Dun had been selected by Galactic Emperor Darth Krayt to lead the Imperial Outer Rim Third Fleet, which had been tasked with destroying the unified fragments of the Galactic Alliance military, as well capturing the commander of the Alliance Core Fleet, Admiral Gar Stazi. Despite many minor victories, Dun failed to stop Gar Stazi's attacks, and was executed for his failure by Darth Azard, the Sith Lord who oversaw the fleet. (Read more...)

Bachenkall

Bachenkall, a male Human Imperial Navy officer, was one of the Star Dreadnought Executor's helmsmen during the events leading up to the Battle of Hoth. He was trained in capital ship piloting and tactics at the Imperial Training Academy on Raithal, and he eventually rose to the rank of warrant officer. In 3 ABY, Bachenkall was present in the crewpits of the Executor, serving under Lieutenant Commander Ardan, when Darth Vader entered the bridge to discuss the findings of a Viper probe droid. DS-181-3 was the callsign of Human male starfighter pilot who served the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. After receiving training at the Prefsbelt Imperial Academy from Baron Soontir Fel, DS-181-3 flew as Fel's wingman in Saber Squadron, part of the 181st Imperial Fighter Group, and was given the nickname Fel's Wrath. Jae Akura

Jae "Storm" Akura, a Human male, was a starfighter pilot in the service of Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt's Empire during the Second Imperial Civil War. He flew in Captain Gunn Yage's Skull Squadron, a Predator-class fighter unit. In 137 ABY, Skull Squadron was stationed on the galactic capital of Coruscant when bounty hunter and former Jedi Cade Skywalker attempted to rescue the Bothan Jedi Knight Hosk Trey'lis from the Temple of the Sith. Given orders to capture Skywalker alive, Akura and the Skulls engaged the former Jedi's starship, the Mynock, in the skies of the planet until Skywalker managed to lose his pursuers in the undercity.

Approximately a week later, Akura flew against the Mynock once again when a group of Skywalker's allies, including his mother, Moff Nyna Calixte—acting in disguise so she would not be recognized—piloted the ship as they attempted to rescue Skywalker from the Sith Temple where he was being held captive. Just as the Skulls started to wear down the Mynock, they were given orders to abort the mission by Captain Yage's father, Moff Rulf Yage. Neutralizer-class bomber

The Neutralizer-class bomber was a starfighter developed by Sienar Fleet Systems during the time of the Sith-Imperial War using the designs of the Predator-class fighter. The bombers were used by the Sith-backed Fel Empire in their battles against the Galactic Alliance; however, they saw limited use following the end of the conflict. When forces loyal to the deposed Emperor Roan Fel began to rebel against Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt's regime, the Sith-led Empire began sending Neutralizer-class bombers to make air strikes against locations believed to be hiding those sympathetic to the Emperor-in-exile. Dakorse Teep

Dakorse Teep was a male teenager living during the Yuuzhan Vong War who served as a starfighter pilot for Rogue Squadron in 27 ABY. After the New Republic retook the planet Borleias from the Yuuzhan Vong—a species of intergalactic invaders—Teep and Rogue Squadron were stationed in the Republic garrison on the planet.

During one of the many attempts by the Yuuzhan Vong to wrest control of Borleias back from the Republic, Teep and the Rogues were ordered to attack one of the Yuuzhan Vong's cruiser analogs. Assigned to Jedi Master Corran Horn's flight, Teep lagged behind as the Rogues left the protection of the Republic base's shields, leaving him vulnerable. Teep narrowly avoided the Yuuzhan Vong cruiser's plasma fire, which went on to hit the base's shields, resulting in a concussion that sent the members of Teep's flight into an out-of-control spin. The other members of the flight regained control of their fighters in time; however, Teep was unable to, and his fighter crashed into the jungle below, exploding in a fireball. (Read more...)

Twisted Star Squadron

Twisted Star Squadron was an elite starfighter squadron that served in the Galactic Alliance's Core Fleet. Composed of Jumpstar HPF starfighters, the squadron made use of the Jumpstar's advanced systems to pursue fleeing enemy ships through hyperspace.

In 130 ABY, Twisted Star Squadron participated in the last major battle of the Alliance's war with the Fel Empire at Caamas. After the Alliance fleet was decimated by the Imperials, the squadron was among those who followed Admiral Gar Stazi as he led a retreat. Twisted Star Squadron continued to serve the Galactic Alliance Core Fleet during the ensuing Imperial Civil War, deployed as scouts who trailed Imperial vessels and ensured the destruction of damaged ships as they fled battle. Sith holocron (Kruskan)

This Sith holocron was an artifact hidden by Sith acolytes on the Outer Rim planet Kruskan around 3000 BBY. It was later found by the servants of Regera Girawn, a local noblewoman, who brought the artifact to their mistress. As Girawn handled the holocron, the artifact exploded in a burst of purplish light that scarred the woman's face and hands, while also awakening her Force abilities. The abilities granted her visions that drove her insane and led her to travel the galaxy in search of Force-sensitive disciples. (Read more...)

In 137 ABY, Dubrok was stationed on the Mon Calamari Shipyards, where the Imperious-class Star Destroyer Imperious was under construction. During Dubrok's time at the shipyards, former Galactic Alliance Triumvir Gial Gahan and his niece, Monia Gahan, made an unauthorized flight around the Imperious to secretly discuss the Galactic Alliance Remnant's plans to capture the new Star Destroyer. The Wild Menagerie was a Corellian Engineering Corporation YT-1930 light freighter that was owned by the bounty hunter Zan Ransom. Ransom heavily modified the freighter, improving its hyperdrive, life-support, weaponry, and security systems. Comet Squadron, also known as Comet Group, was a starfighter squadron that served the New Republic Defense Force during the early years of the New Republic. The squadron was equipped with A-wing interceptors and was under the command of Colonel Edor Crespin. Some time before 7 ABY, Garik "Face" Loran, a former Imperial holovid star, joined the squadron after buying his own A-wing and flew only two missions with the unit. "Never Die" was the code name of an Alderaanian male slicer during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Following the destruction of Alderaan at the hands of the Empire, Never Die sought revenge by designing the Shard of Alderaan, a slicing program capable of deciphering any Imperial scandoc, for use by the Rebel Alliance. Chitter

Chitter was a large, blue-skinned, bird-like being who trained in the Junior Jedi Academy, a class of the youngest students at the Jedi Praxeum on Yavin 4. In 22 ABY, Chitter was in the same class at the Praxeum as fellow Jedi trainees Anakin Solo and Tahiri Veila. In the Grand Audience Chamber of the academy, Jedi Master Luke Skywalker began a lesson on how to use the Force to recapture lost memories. Rather than telling the young students how to perform the technique, Skywalker only told the students to believe and they would succeed. Concerned by this, Chitter asked the Jedi Master what would happen if they failed, to which Skywalker replied that there was no try for a Jedi, only do. Lassin

Lassin was a Jedi Knight in the New Jedi Order, who died soon after the Disciples of Ragnos crisis in 14 ABY.

In 41.5 ABY, Lassin—along with Jedi Master Kam Solusar, Mara Jade Skywalker, and the Sith Lady Lumiya—appeared to Jedi Knight Jaden Korr in a Force vision. In the vision, Lassin and the others had Force signatures more like Sith than Jedi, and they told Korr to go to the planet Fhost. This led Korr to discover an Imperial research facility on a frozen moon where Grand Admiral Thrawn had ordered scientists to produce clones by combining Jedi and Sith DNA. In the facility, Korr encountered a clone of Kam Solusar, and he believed the other clones may have been produced from the DNA of Lassin and the other people in his vision. (Read more...)

Tengrove was a Jedi Master and the Watchman of Kiffu's sector around the time of the Great Galactic War. A year before the Annexation of Kiffu, in which the Sith Empire forcibly took control of the Kiffar homeworld, Tengrove discovered the Force-sensitive Kiffar Shigar Konshi and took him to be trained as a Jedi. The mmhmm butterfly was an insect native to the jungles of the planet Baskarn. They sometimes covered every tree and bush in sight in the jungle. The mmhmm butterflies served as a food source for the native Yrashu people and could be picked like ripe fruit. The body of the insect was poisonous, but its wings were considered sweet. Filla was a female lieutenant in the New Republic Defense Fleet during the Galactic Civil War. In 6.5 ABY, Filla was serving as the aide of Admiral Ackbar, the Supreme Commander of the New Republic Defense Forces, on the planet Folor. When Ackbar was in a meeting with General Horton Salm and Commander Wedge Antilles regarding the reformation of Rogue Squadron, the Mon Calamari Admiral asked Filla to find Captain Tycho Celchu and bring him to the Admiral's office. At the time, Captain Celchu was in the base's flight simulator complex helping train the recruits. Filla brought Celchu to Ackbar's office and was dismissed before they continued their meeting. During the Galactic Civil War, the group of renegade slicers known as the Skaak Tippers took the first part of their name from a combination of the SK unit of measure and the aak dog, an animal native to the planet Haruun Kal. Visara

The Visara was a starship which served as a transport escort in the fleet of the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War between the Alliance and the Galactic Empire. Around 2 ABY, Imperial Commander Degoren was tasked with capturing Princess Leia Organa, one of the leaders of the Alliance. In an attempt to lure Organa into a trap, Degoren took the crew of the Alliance ship Gamble—on which Organa had been traveling—hostage on the commercial space platform Arnot Station while the Princess was away from the ship. When Organa tried to contact the Gamble, Degoren answered and claimed to be a commander from the Visara. Though Organa had seen the Visara's name on a list of the Alliance's transport escort ships, she knew nothing else of the ship and, after further questioning Degoren, recognized his deception. Unidentified Pendari slicer

A slicer was employed by the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War between the Alliance and the Galactic Empire. Shortly before a raid on the Imperial shipyards over the planet Pendari, the Alliance paid the slicer an undisclosed amount to break into the Imperial base command computer and discover the refitting schedule of the Victory-class Star Destroyer Gallant Sun. The slicer was successful, and the information obtained allowed the Rebels to know the precise time the Gallant Sun would be in space dock for repairs. Imperial Sleeper

An Imperial Sleeper was a type of tracking program used during the war between the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire. The program could be installed into a starship's systems and was tied to the ship's clock. Triggered by the turning of the clock at a set time, the program would become active and report the ship's current course and position to the nearest Imperial world in a coded burst.

Shortly after the Battle of Yavin, Alliance agents Luke Skywalker and Nakari Kelen were on a mission to rescue the slicer Drusil Bephorin. While preparing to leave the planet Kupoh, Bephorin found an Imperial Sleeper that had been installed into Kelen's ship and removed it before they continued their escape from Imperial pursuit. Banna

Banna was a male Human pilot and slicer in the New Republic Starfighter Corps during the Galactic Civil War. Commander Wedge Antilles began forming a new X-wing squadron that would be as capable in commando missions on the ground as they were in a starfighter. When recruiting for this squadron, Antilles wanted candidates who were experienced pilots that no other commanders wanted; pilots known for causing trouble or making grave mistakes. Banna was one such pilot and agreed to try out for the squadron. A decent but not extraordinary slicer, Banna was caught slicing his test scores to improve them during the initial training and culling process for the candidates at the New Republic's Folor Base training facility, and he was removed from the program the next day. Unidentified female slicer

In the months following the Battle of Endor, a female slicer was hired by former New Republic general Han Solo to slice into the networks of the Galactic Empire. Solo was searching for information on his Wookiee co-pilot Chewbacca, who had gone missing during a failed attempt to liberate the planet Kashyyyk from Imperial control. As a favor to Solo, the slicer also modified the Imperial records so that they listed Solo as dead and his ship, the Millennium Falcon, as having been destroyed. (Read more…)

The Merilang-1221 was a full-spectrum numerical analyzer that was created to process inbound transmissions for numerical encryption. During the crisis caused by the discovery of the Caamas Document in 19 ABY, which implicated members of the Bothan species in the destruction of the planet Caamas, New Republic Crypt Chief Zakarisz Ghent volunteered to accompany Imperial General Hestiv to the Ubiqtorate station orbiting the planet Yaga Minor to attempt to recover an original copy of the document. R-K77 was one of New Republic Chancellor Mon Mothma's protocol droids who served in her office on the planet Chandrila. In 5 ABY, in the aftermath of the Galactic Empire's attack on Mon Mothma and other New Republic leaders during the Republic's Liberation Day festivities, R-K77 relayed an urgent meeting request from Senator Leia Organa to the Chancellor. When R-K77 informed Mothma that Senator Organa had said the meeting was a code K-one-zero, a code used by the Rebel Alliance which meant "disengage and regroup," the Chancellor asked the droid to inform Organa that she was on her way.

R-K77's metal face was coated in white matte enamel, and it spoke with a crisp Chandrilan accent. (Read more…)

The K220 heavy-duty peripheral processor was a sensor package that was manufactured by Wickstrom. It was designed to allow the off-loading of tasks during data transmissions.

In 19 ABY, during the crisis caused by the discovery of the Caamas Document, which implicated members of the Bothan species in the destruction of the planet Caamas, New Republic Crypt Chief Zakarisz Ghent volunteered to accompany Imperial General Hestiv to attempt to recover an original copy of the document from a station orbiting the planet Yaga Minor run by the Ubiqtorate, the unit that oversaw Imperial Intelligence. Ghent was provided with a room and equipment to aid him in his work, including five K220 heavy-duty peripheral processors. Ghent used the K220s to perform a complex analysis, the results of which he transferred to a Masterline-70 OcTerminal to continue his work. (Read more…)
