Urrqal was a strong alcoholic beverage made on the planet Qiilura. The drink was popular on Qiilura during the Clone Wars and the Separatist forces station there sometimes used it to bribe the poor local population into aiding them or giving up information. In 22 BBY, the Weequay mercenary Guta-Nay became intoxicated while drinking Urrqal and attempted to chase down Jedi Padawan Etain Tur-Mukan, offering her some as he tried to catch her.

Urrqal first appeared in Republic Commando: Hard Contact a novel written by Karen Traviss and released in 2004.
