The Carbanti United Electronics universal transceiver package was a sensor package used on the New Republic's X-wing starfighter. It was comprised of several standard sensor units, including a short-range target-acquiring sensor, an active long-range sensor array, a dedicated energy receptor, and an electro photo receptor. Interface ports also accepted supplemental sensors, making it one of the most flexible and easily upgraded starfighter array systems. It was coupled with a Bertriak "Screamer" active jammer.[2]
