A group of Petrified trees on the planet Batuu. According to legend the trees were originally so brimming with the Living Force that they gained a degree of sentience. As the trees grew and matured they began to nurtured life and eventually brought about the emergence of the sentient Fae and the great beasts.
With the help of the Fae the ecosystem eventually started two colonies. The first colony was in the mountains and the second colony was on a group of islands. Seeking resources to continue its expansion the mountain colony eventually started a war resulted in the eventual death and petrifaction of the trees.[1]
