Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The forest of the sentient Batuu trees that founded the second tree colony on a group of islands. When the mountain colony started a war with the original colony the ocean colony initially avoided the conflict. However as the war continued the Ocean Colony eventually joined the war trying to dominate both of the other colonies and reestablish peace. War eventually caused the death and petrifcation of all three colonies.[1]
