This species was a sentient species that existed in the galaxy.[1]
Biology and appearance
This bipedal humanoid sentient species was distinguished by their splotchy tan skin, with enlarged craniums, prominent nasal bridges, and and thin pointed ears that stuck outward.[1]
Species in the galaxy
A member of the species on Ghorman
In 3 BBY, one member of this species was present on the planet Coruscant,[1] while another could be found on the planet Ghorman.[2] A year later, at least two members of this species were present at the Imperial Senate Building, panicking during Mon Mothma's escape from the Senate.[3] Yet another year later, a member of this species could be found within the Lina Soh Hospital while Kleya Marki infiltrated the building in search of Luthen Rael.[4]
Behind the scenes
The species made their debut in the fourth episode of the second season of the television series Star Wars: Andor,[1] directed by Ariel Kleiman and aired on April 29, 2025.[5] Michael Wilkinson, Mohen Leo, and Neal Scanlan all had at least some hand in bringing this design to life.[6]

Michael Wilkinson (@michaelwilkinson) on Instagram (post on July 29, 2025): "Two of my favorite things about designing #Andor was working with the industry leader in visual effects, Industrial Light & Magic, overseen by Mohen Leo, as well as the legendary Neal Scanlan, head of creature and droid effects for the series. Both of them are geniuses and all around nice guys. They helped us achieve a beautiful fusion of costume, visual effects, and creatures." (backup link)
