Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A subterranean species was native to the planet Ridlay. The species, referred to as "ghosts" by the local inhabitants, lived underground; only journeying to the planet's surface every fifty years during the total eclipse.^[1] The creatures were entirely gaseous, but capable of solidifying enough to grab and move solid matter.^[2]
