A sentient species[1] had three eyes[2] and an upright body build with two arms.[1] The aliens had white skin, pink lips, no visible nose, and prominent eyelids surrounding their black eyes that had no visible sclerae.[2]
In 35 ABY,[3] three members of the species were present on[1] the Expansion Region planet[4] Pasaana. They were shorter than adult Aki-Aki[1] and had black, vertical markings over each of their eyes.[2] The three aliens wore matching tan-and-dark-gray–patterned robes as well as tan-and-black headdresses that also covered their upper torso. The trio attended the Festival of the Ancestors in the planet's Forbidden Valley, observing the dancing Aki-Aki locals and walking through the crowds of Aki-Aki and other beings.[1]
Behind the scenes
The species first appeared in[1] the 2019 sequel trilogy film Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker.[5] Concept art of the species was done by Jake Lunt Davies, and it featured additional and alternate features not seen in the film, such as a four-fingered hand; hair; large, pointed ears; eyes with visible white sclerae; alternate light bluish or dark tan skin tones; red or bluish regions on the cheeks; and black-colored head wrappings.[6]
