A planet^[4] located in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories was covered in a shallow sea of crystal clear water^[1] that featured coral growth.^[4] Conquered by the Galactic Empire, it was the site of Horizon Base, a vital Imperial shipping port and refueling station.^[1]
