A planet was where Baird Kantoo built the Kyber Saber. It was orbited by a moon which Kantoo accidentally destroyed while testing the newly constructed weapon, and was also known to be rich in kyber crystals. The Freemakers visited the planet during their quest to build the Arrowhead starship.

Description

The planet had a terrestrial environment that was covered with plains. It also had caves, mountains, and underground tunnels. Its surface was covered with kyber crystals. The planet was also inhabited by mynocks.[2]

History

Before the Old Republic existed, Jedi Master Baird Kantoo forged the first lightsaber known as the Kyber Saber. After the Kyber Saber devastated a nearby moon during a test run, Kantoo smashed the weapon and tasked several Jedi with hiding it across the galaxy. He did not want the Kyber Saber to fall into malevolent hands.[3]

Many years later, during the Galactic Civil War, the Freemakers traveled to the planet in order to obtain a kyber crystal to build a powerful starship called the Arrowhead. Following a series of trials, Rowan encountered a holocron of Master Kantoo and built a giant kyber crystal out of several small pieces. He and his family then returned to the Alliance Fleet.[2]

Behind the scenes

The planet first appeared in the LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures Season One episode "A Hero Discovered,"[3] which premiered on Disney XD on June 20, 2016.[4]
