The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A pirate who had hidden his treasure became marooned on the habitable asteroid Regretter's Rock[1] by 3643 BBY.[2]

This section of the article assumes 100% game completion. Any alternate stories may be noted in the "Behind the scenes" section. The events in this section may or may not have been confirmed as canon within the Star Wars Legends continuity.

Around that year, an individual associated with one of the two opposing governments in the ongoing Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire sent a companion of theirs to Regretter's Rock, where countless spacers had been marooned over the centuries, to investigate what else might have been left there. The companion encountered the haggard pirate, who agreed to lead them to his treasure in exchange for passage off Regretter's Rock.[1]

Behind the scenes

The pirate was mentioned in BioWare's 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic in the Crew Skill mission "Crime Doesn't Pay," though the information regarding the mission's outcome was later removed from the video game.[1]

  1. 1.0 1.1 1.2 1.3 SWTOR mini Star Wars: The Old Republic — Scavenging Crew Skill mission: "Crime Doesn't Pay"
  2. Per the reasoning here, Act I of Star Wars: The Old Republic takes place around 3643 BBY. Since players of The Old Republic can assign their companions on the mission "Crime Doesn't Pay" independently of the main class storyline at any point during the game, the mission must take place at some point around 3643 BBY.
