A mountain range was located on the planet Genbara in the Outer Rim Territories. According to a woodcutter who lived nearby, there had once been four villages near the mountain range, but by two decades after the Sith rebellion, at most one village remained. Around that time, a crashed silver starship could be found near a fork in the road to Osou spaceport.^[1]

The mountain range housed a bandit group led by Dark Lord of the Sith Kouru, who attacked the village. A former Sith known as the Ronin defended the village from the bandits, defeating Kouru in a lightsaber duel.^[1]
