- "Poetic, wouldn't you say?"
"I would say it's broken." - ―Mirahi and the Ronin
A J-type 327 Nubian starship was a vessel whose downed remains were located on the Outer Rim Territories planet Genbara. Twenty years after the Sith rebellion, the J-type 327 Nubian royal starship could be seen embedded in the mountains near a rural settlement. When the former Sith known as "the Ronin" and his astromech droid R5-D56 passed through the region, they observed the derelict yacht from afar and later encountered a former Jedi known as "the Traveler" playing the flute near the ship as they departed the area.
Description
The J-type 327 Nubian royal starship[1] had a silver hull that shone brightly in the morning light.[3]
History
At one point, the Nubian starship crashed into the Outer Rim Territories planet Genbara. Two decades after the Sith rebellion,[3] the yacht's[2] remains could be seen in the Genbara countryside,[3] where it impacted a mountain nose first.[4]

Around that time, the former Sith known as "the Ronin" and his companion astromech droid R5-D56 were guided by a local woodcutter toward a village beyond the mountains. When they stopped on a ridge overlooking the settlement, the Ronin noticed the ship, sleek and gallant as he saw it, gleaming in the distance. The Ronin's daughter Mirahi spoke as a voice in his head, calling it poetic, to which the Ronin replied that the only remarkable aspect to him regarding the starship was that it was broken.[3]
On the way out of the village some time later, Ronin and B5 walked toward a crossroads where the ship was located, beside a copse of pink-blossomed trees that surrounded the buried nose of the Nubian starship. Near the ship and the tree was a former Jedi known as "the Traveler," who was practicing the flute. After approaching the duo, the Traveler joined them in their walk toward Osou spaceport.[3]

The ship first appeared in "The Duel," a non-canon short film released as part of the first volume of the Star Wars: Visions series, produced by Kamikaze Douga and released on Disney+[4] on September 22, 2021.[5] Although not identified in the film, an interview and related concept art material published on April 12, 2022 on the website CGWORLD revealed the ship's model to be a J-type 327 Nubian starship.[1]
