Unidentified mountain

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A mountain was located at the Mitth family's homestead below the surface of Csilla, the homeworld of the Chiss species. Mitth family merit adoptives who wished to become Trial-borns visited the homestead to perform their Trials, the last of which involved climbing the mountain. Memorial staffs adorned its summit, depicting the history of the Mitth family.

Description

The mountain was located in the Mitth family homestead, a cavern deep below the surface of Csilla, the Chiss homeworld and capital planet of the Chiss Ascendancy. The mountain was covered in snow, trees, and switchbacks, and its summit was adorned by memorial staffs chronicling the family's history. Climbing to the summit formed the last of the Mitth family's Trials undertaken by merit adoptives to become Trial-borns.^[1]

History

In 19 BBY,^[2] caregiver Mitth'ali'astov came to the Mitth homestead to perform her Trials. Mitth family Patriarch Mitth'oor'akiord awaited her near the mountain's summit. Thooraki told Thalias he'd wished to speak privately with her for some time, and the mountain was the best place to discuss their family's future as it had a "rich sense of Mitth history." Thooraki stated that she served their family honorably protecting Senior Captain Mitth'raw'nuruodo from his enemies in the Ascendancy and welcomed her as a Trial-born of the Mitth. As she ascended, Thooraki implored Thalias to meditate on the family's triumphs and failures; indicated by the extravagance or absence of memorial staffs respectively.^[1]
