- "Hey! Use this to get away!"
- ―The man, offering their landspeeder
A human[1] man[2] was present on the planet Zenarita and was in possession of a landspeeder during the Galactic Empire's occupation of Zenarita[1] at some point between 2 BBY and 0 ABY.[3] After Prince Arluu of the Zenarita royal family stood against the Imperial forces, an All Terrain Scout Transport approached the prince and his companions' position. The man acted quickly and offered their landspeeder to allow the group to escape. Arluu's companion Chita thanked the man and piloted the speeder away from the street. They wore grey clothing, including a long-sleeved shirt, pants, gloves, boots, and a hat. The man had tan skin and brown hair.[1]
Behind the scenes
The first man appeared in "The Smuggler," a non-canon short film released as part of the third volume of the Star Wars: Visions series. The animated short, produced by Trigger, was released on Disney+[1] on October 29, 2025.[4] Before their appearance in the short, a storyboard of the man was seen in a video uploaded to the official Star Wars YouTube channel a day before the short's release comparing storyboards to the final animation.[5]
