During the New Republic Era,[2] a male[1] pirate was a member of a pirate crew led by Captain Brutus.[2] Around 9 ABY,[3] the man attended the trial of former Captain Silvo. After the defendant began his last appeal by bringing up the pirates' hunger for credits, the individual concluded that Silvo would say anything to save his skin. In the end, Silvo's skin was indeed saved, but only conditionally, as Brutus promised to proceed with the execution if At Attin were to prove worthless to him.[2]

The male pirate was first heard in "Zero Friends Again," the sixth episode of the live-action television series Star Wars: Skeleton Crew,[2] which aired on December 31, 2024.[4]

As such, Skeleton Crew must take place around 9 ABY as well.
