A human individual light skin and brown hair that was present in lounge at Gate 9 of the Imperial Senate Building in 2 BBY when Senior Senator Mon Mothma delivered a speech denouncing the Ghorman Massacre which they viewed on the lounge's viewscreen. After the speech they were still in the lounge when Mothma and Cassian Andor exited the turbolift from the senate chamber to a crowd of journalists. As Mothma made her way through the crowd, a human named Beska drew and aimed their blaster on Mothma claiming to be making an Imperial Security Bureau authorized arrest. Erskin Semaj, Mothma's aid, provided a distraction by call Beska a rebel spy which gave Andor the chance to draw his blaster and shoot Beska. After picking up Beska's blaster, Semaj used it to cover Mothma and Andor's escape before he too leaves the senate building. During the incident, the bystander wore an blue outfit with a white collar and black boots.[1]

The individual appeared in the ninth episode of the second season of the live-action Disney+ series Star Wars: Andor[1] which aired on May 6, 2025.[2] They were portrayed by Ross Hatt in the episode and credited as simply "Lounge #2".[1]
