Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A lieutenant governor of the Galactic Empire was involved in the destruction of cities on the planet Ivera X. After Imperial rule ended on the world, the resident Iverians looted the Imperial headquarters there and used its resources to hire the bounty hunter Xegan Miatt to capture the officials responsible for the destruction of their cities. The lieutenant governor, as well as two majors, was brought in by Miatt and promptly executed by the Iverians.[2]
