During 382 BBY,[2] a member of this species came into conflict with Jedi Oliviah Zeveron and Leebon while attempting to destroy a statue on the planet Jedha.[1]

This species made their first appearance in the fifth issue of the comic book series Star Wars: The High Republic,[1] which was written by Cavan Scott, illustrated by Andrea Broccardo, and published by Marvel Comics on February 8, 2023.[3] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the species is known as the Huraloks, debuting in the story "Death Star Pirates" as part of the eighth issue of the comic book series Star Wars Tales.[4]
