A human was a member of the Benelex Marshal Service's Tribunal at a prison on the planet Gulhadar.[1] Between around 8 BBY and 2 BBY,[2] after the Wookiee Chewbacca, who was imprisoned at the prison, got into a fight with other prisoners, he was brought before the Tribunal for sentencing. The human informed Chewbacca that the service did not have extradition agreement with Kashyyyk. A Rodian then mentioned that there were ten warrants for the Wookiee's arrest, with the human adding that the number didn't even include the warrants the Galactic Empire had for Chewbacca, crimes that the human disclosed covered from petty theft to murder. A Togruta then revealed that the court had decided that Chewbacca was to be confined to Gulhadar for a quarter of his species' average life span, which amounted to a sentence of one hundred years.[1]
