Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A Togruta was a member of the Benelex Marshal Service's Tribunal at a prison on the planet Gulhadar.[1] Between around 8 BBY and 2 BBY,[2] the Togruta opened proceedings for the sentencing of the Wookiee Chewbacca after he had been brought before the Tribunal by stating that the Wookiee presented them an interesting conundrum. A human then explained that the service did not have an extradition arrangement with Kashyyyk. After the number of warrants for Chewbacca's arrest had been detailed, the Togruta informed the Wookiee that the court had decided that he was to be confined to the prison on Gulhadar for a quarter of his species' average life span, in Chewbacca's case one hundred years.[1]
