A docking hangar employing a Besalisk harbormaster was located in the main port city of[1] Outer Rim[2] the planet Kennerla by the time of the High Republic Era.[1] In 229 BBY,[3] the pilot Affie Hollow parked her ship, the Vessel, in the hangar. Upon arriving, she dismissively surveyed the grimy appearance of the hangar before paying the location's Besalisk harbormaster three fees—one to park, one so he would prevent others from stealing her ship, and another to stop him from taking the ship himself. However, she ultimately opted to leave her colleague, the navigator Geode, with the Vessel to ensure that the harbormaster remembered to do what he had been paid for.[1]
Behind the scenes
The docking hangar was mentioned in the short story "After the Fall," written by Claudia Gray and published in the 2023 young-adult anthology The High Republic: Tales of Light and Life as a part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project.[1]
