The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A large bear-like creature was native to the[1] Colonies[2] planet Mycroft. Although the creature resembled a black bear, it had mottled green fur and hands similar to those of a raccoon. The creature lived in an area of low, forest-covered mountains.[1]

This section of the article assumes a specific path in the roleplaying adventure "Assault on Repair Station M13". Alternate paths may be noted in the "Behind the scenes" section. The events in this section may or may not have been confirmed as canonical within the Star Wars Legends continuity.

At one point during the Galactic Civil War, a team of Rebel Alliance agents underwent a mission to the mountain-covered area of Mycroft during the planet's winter season. The black bear-like creatures were ravenous from the long, cold harsh season and their presence in the area was a potential hindrance to the Rebel agents' mission.[1]

The bear-like creature was mentioned in "Assault on Repair Station M13," a roleplaying game scenario written by Paul Murphy for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. The scenario was first published in 1988 in the supplement Star Wars Campaign Pack and noted the creature as a potential hazard the player characters may face during the adventure.[3]
