This species was a sentient species that existed in the galaxy, found at locations such as the moon Quantxi.[1]
Biology and appearance
This bipedal avian sentient species was distinguished by their long dark gray hair and dark skin, with yellow beaks, as well as sharp talons of the same color. They had four-fingered hands and two-toed feet.[1]
Species in the galaxy
By 232 BBY,[2] a number of members of this species could be found on the moon Quantxi, working together as a group known as the Junk Mavens. At the order of Marchion Ro, Nihil forces attempted to exterminate the Junk Mavens,[1] though they were stopped by members of the Jedi Order[3] who were responding to a distress message sent by a member of the species.[1]
Behind the scenes
Concept sketch for this species.
This species made their debut in the fourth issue of the 2021 Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures comic series,[1] which released on May 5, 2021.[4] This species was first conceived by Daniel José Older, who drew a sketch for Harvey Tolibao to interpret into a species for the comic.[5]
