An acklay fought and was killed at Petranaki Arena during the First Battle of Geonosis.[1]
Biography
After Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Padmé Amidala were captured by Count Dooku, the Sith Lord had them be executed at the Petranaki Arena on the planet Geonosis. This acklay, along with an reek and an nexu, were chosen to kill the three. However, Kenobi managed to escape from his chains and fought the beast.

After the Jedi Order presented themselves at the scene, a fight began to break out in the arena. During this time, Kenobi obtained his lightsaber, and slashed at the beasts feet and stabbed it in the chest, ending the acklay. Kenobi and the rest of the Jedi Order escaped the arena not long after.[1]
