"Only a little, […] I can see what is woven into your artwork, that the Vaks strive for unity while still determined to honor the individual. That is a good and proper philosophy. But I seek to understand how that affects the lives of the Vak people."
"Then seek elsewhere, […] This is a place of meditation and appreciation. I will not be drawn into discussions with strangers of things personal to the Vaks."
―Mitth'raw'nuruodo and the curator[1]

A female member of the Vak species served as the curator of an art gallery on the Vak Combine nation's capital planet Primea. She wore a loose-fitting tunic-skirt and a sash across her chext decorated with a double row of carved wooden pins.[1] Around 19 BBY,[2] when the Chiss Mitth'raw'nuruodo "Thrawn" and Thalias visited the Vak's art gallery, she spoke something harsh in her language about the Chiss wearing hoods and briefly discussed if Nikardun General Yiv was a friend of the Vaks before being ordered away by the curator after he inquired how the Vak philosophy affected the lives of the common people.[1]
