Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

By 4 ABY,[2] an individual was a student at the University of Bar'leth[1] located on[3] the Core Worlds planet[4] Bar'leth and wrote a thesis that included a mention of the moon Madurs. The thesis established that the moon had a presence of the energy-rich material carnium, but that it was difficult to access and possibly damaging to the ecosystem.[1] That year,[2] the student's thesis was included in a dossier of information about Madurs that Rebel Intelligence Major Nioma had given to Princess Leia Organa, who planned to visit the moon in the hopes of persuading its prime minister to side with the nascent New Republic.[1]
