"Rugal? Uh— [stammers] He threw a loaf at me."
"D-Don't listen to him Rugal. He's lying."
―The Ugnaught tells Rugal that the Keredian is lying — 20?cb=20250116042720 ▶️ (file info)[1]

A Ugnaught resided on the planet Golak during the Imperial Era. They often fought with their Keredian friend.

Biography

An Ugnaught was present on[1] the small planet Golak[2] during the Imperial Era. While at the Golak Mahal[1] cantina,[3] they threw a loaf at their Keredian friend. In response, the Keredian grabbed the Ugnaught by their head and wrestled them around the courtyard, threatening them if they threw it again. Rugal, an elderly woman who ran the Golak Mahal approached the pair and whistled. The Keredian became nervous and told her what happened, the Ugnaught was quick to say he was lying and to not listen to him. Rugal gave both friends a final warning and referred to them both as maggots.[1]

After settling, the Keredian was served food and the friends smiled at each other. A Force-sensitive newcomer to the Golak Mahal, the human Rani, lifted a plate of food above her brother Charuk's head using the Force. Struggling to put the dish down, she accidentally threw it at the Ugnaught's friend. Before having the opportunity to speak, the Keredian grabbed the Ugnaught by the neck and slammed them to the ground. While being wrestled by their friend, an Inquisitor guarded by two Purge Troopers wielding electropoles approached the young Force-sensitive girl.[1]

The Keredian let go of the Ugnaught and the pair watched the Inquisitor interrogate the child and her brother. As the Inquisitor pulled the children close using the Force, the dishes of food around the courtyard began to lift into the air, unknowingly to everyone, this was the work of Rugal. The dishes then dropped, one fell on the Inquisitor's head and another fell on the Keredian. Another was launched at the Ugnaught, hitting them in the head. As they were rubbing their head, his Keredian friend swatted him with the plate that hit him. Soon after, a sandstorm passed through the Golak Mahal, multiple fights between individuals broke out. The Ugnaught was lifted by the Keredian who threw a punch at them and then wrestled around the courtyard again. Rugal then revealed herself to the Inquisitor as a Jedi and engaged in a duel with the Jedi hunter, causing the crowd to disperse.[1]

Equipment

The Ugnaught wore a green smock over a white long-sleeved shirt and white pants. They also wore black gloves and boots. Around their waist they wore a brown belt holding two cylindrical objects, the belt was held together with a silver-colored buckle.[1]
