"So, they raised Prince Arluu's bounty again."
―The Twi'lek[1]

A Twi'lek was present on the planet Zenarita[1] at some point between 2 BBY and 0 ABY.[2] While standing in a street, the Twi'lek and a Sakiyan observed a hologram of Prince Arluu, the only member of Zenarita's royal family to avoid being captured by the Galactic Empire. The Sakiyan commented on the 100,000 credit bounty the Empire had placed on Arluu, and the Twi'lek responded that the bounty had been raised again. The Sakiyan then noted it was unlikely the prince was still wearing the same royal clothing he had in the hologram, and the Twi'lek expressed their hope that their companion was correct. The smuggler Chita, who was walking nearby, overheard their conversation. The Twi'lek had brown eyes and pale skin, and they wore white clothing.[1]

The Twi'lek appeared in "The Smuggler," a non-canon short film released as part of the third volume of the Star Wars: Visions series. The animated short, produced by Trigger, was released on Disney+[1] on October 29, 2025.[3]
