- "Whistling's bad luck. They say the nebula-crawlers will hear ya."
"Come on. You don't believe in that, do you?"
"You know the old captain died? He was a whistler too. Till a crawler slipped in his exhaust and got him right in the neck!"
"I thought Stringer killed the old captain."
"Alright, fine. It's just annoying." - ―Pirate to Rokana Raider
The captain of the Rokana Raiders pirate group prior to Stinger Tash. He was known for whistling and was killed by Tash[1] by 3 ABY.[2] While guarding the Khepi Tomb[1] in 3 ABY,[2] a humanoid member of the Rokana Raiders asked another pirate to stop whistling, claiming that it could attract nebula-crawlers and that his whistling was the cause of his death. When corrected about the fate of the old captain the raider admitted that they just found it annoying.[1]
Behind the scenes
The captain was mentioned in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws,[1] which released on May 15, 2025.[3]
