A nebula-crawler was a type of creature that was supposedly attracted by whistling. While guarding the Khepi Tomb[1] in 3 ABY,[2] a humanoid member of the Rokana Raiders asked another pirate to stop whistling, claiming that it could attract nebula-crawlers and that they killed the previous captain of the raiders. When corrected about the fate of the old captain the raider admitted that they just found it annoying.[1]

Nebula-crawlers were mentioned in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws,[1] which released on May 15, 2025.[3]
