This OOM command battle droid was stationed aboard Count Dooku's frigate as a commander. When Dooku was escaping his frigate, the OOM commander, being startled by the Count's sudden appearance, told him his ship was ready. The Count boarded and the droid saw him off. The commander and a B1-series battle droid presumably tried to make their escape in a nearby Sheathipede-class transport shuttle, but Obi-Wan Kenobi, who was pursuing Dooku with Skywalker, made his way to the shuttle and destroyed both droids.[1]
