- «We had already informed the Nikardun that no such refugees had arrived. If their ship had appeared from concealment, the invaders would know we had lied. But our subclan leaders saw reason in the twin ideas of protecting a remnant of the Paccosh and pleading for assistance. We prepared and populated two vessels and attempted to slip them out past the Nikardun warships»
- ―Uingali foar Marocsaa
A Nikardun commander blockaded and occupied the Unknown Regions planet Rapacc with a remnant of the Nikardun species' Nikardun Destiny military forces[1] around 18 BBY[3] under Nikardun General Yiv's command. The commander and the Nikardun blockaded the Paccosh homeworld after the Agbui agent Haplif informed the Nikardun forces of a group of refugees planning war against the Nikardun—which was a lie, as Haplif only wished the Nikardun to kill them—and hiding among the Paccosh.[2]
After blockading and occupying Rapacc, the Paccian official Uingali foar Marocsaa—who had hidden the refugees—lied to the Nikardun Destiny forces, telling them that no refugees were present. However, he attempted slipped two refugee ship between the blockading Nikardun warships, which were destroyed, which led to a conflict between the Paccosh and the Nikardun, resulting in the Destiny's defeat.[1]
